I stopped by Federal Donuts as part of my first timer experience in Philly. The donuts were very good but what stood out to me was the customer service and friendliness provided by the staff. I wish I would have asked for the cashier name but she was so friendly and guided me on the recommendations on which donuts to get. Ngl probably the BEST traditional donut I have had in a very long time! The frosting and flavor is AMAZING for every donut. The staff was so kind with reccomendations and telling us they do hot chocolate with syrup instead of powder! Would stop by again for sure
First time visiting federal donuts, must admit the name is off setting strange for a restaurant name. My first impression was that the floors were very sticky I assume it was from the fountain drinks spillage the sitting tables were filled with stains and crumbs...I immediately clean the tables and chairs that I choose. The food was hot delicious and flavorful I definitely am returning
