I tried to pick up my order from the wrong location. The staff was so accommodating and made my experience so smooth and easy. They called the other location to have my order cancelled for me and took care of me in store. Excellent custom service!

Great location of this Philly shop.We arrived on a Monday morning. There was no line! The cold brew was delicious. Not too bold. There was a nice selection of donuts to choose from including the seasonal flavors. Donuts were fresh. The server was friendly, greeted us and offered flavor recommendations.

I went to Federal donuts for the first time on 8-18-23 ( after a foodie gave the donuts rave reviews) sorry to say but every donut I tried was nasty, I basically wasted 17.00 for 6 donuts ...I got old fashioned glazed and old fashion chocolate glazed, something blueberry and I'm sorry I can't remember the other three but they were All nasty ( in my opinion) I kinda was upset about that because I through them out and I don't have money to waste like that. I can say the location I went to was very clean and the staff there was very nice and I'm sure if I tasted the donuts there and let them know, they would have tried to accommodate me . I will definitely go back because I would like to try the sandwiches. However, this time I will eat in the store just in case . Please don't let my review stop you from trying these cake donuts but may I suggest....start of with one so if you don't like it ...it's only 2 dollars.And again the customer service was fire and I appreciate that. I will update once I try they food , but for now it's two stars

Went in for the donuts but was surprised at such a small selection. When I think of a donut shop, I was expecting a much bigger selection.It wasn't very crowded and the girl that took our order seemed as if she was inconvenienced by us being there.All the donuts tasted good.

Possibly the best donuts I have ever eaten. Was in Philly 2 days and went here both of them. The freshly made strawberry lavender donuts were the best.
So I have loved this place for years. Move away and come visit to make sure and yea it’s still good but $11 for 6 party wing pieces?! I went back to the site because I KNOW the last time I was here I at least got whole wings. I remember when they were selling whole pieces (much better to do the wings) still a huge fan of the flavors and great staff customer service overall butPlease update your site and let customers know what they’re paying for.

Excellent donuts, tasty chicken sandwiches (could have a bigger bun), well-seasoned Za'Atar fries ? and always friendly serviceI love trying their different donut combos, and the shops are all very consistent (quality-wise). Love the colorful ones especially, like blue cake donuts and the bright red icings, etc.

Didn't realize this was next door to White Dog Cafe. Of course we had to stop by and grab some donuts. Not many classics were left as they get delivered. They do have others they make on hand as they get fried and dipped, I had the lavender donuts I love them , just enough flavor and sweetness. Place was slightly crowded but moved quickly. Will be back now that I see it's next to one of my favorite breakfast spots!!
