The pizza wasn’t finish it was cold and the cheese was not melted…. The worse pizza I ever had.

I ordered a Beef stromboli, small pepperoni pizza and 10 buffalo wings. After getting home I realized only one side of the pizza had pepperoni, the stromboli had no peppers and onions like I requested (which is typically included automatically). The wings had a ketchup consistency like they mixed it in with the buffalo sauce and they tasted old. I drove back because I couldn’t eat the stromboli it was too bland and I paid for a full pepperoni pizza not half. I get there guy at the counter says filling half the pizza is standard which was crazy! Long story short he remade the stromboli and put pepperoni on the other side of my pizza. Also let me keep the stromboli I brought back. Just threw out the wings can’t have it all lol. Figured that’s just how they make them. Stromboli 7/10, Pizza 10/10, Wings 4/10. Overall, they were really accommodating and wanted to make sure I was happy with my second order before I left.

I don't understand any one person complaint! These people have been around for years and are very nice and I have never in all........the years I've ordered from them had an issue! Food is great and speedy delivery.

I have been ordering from here for 5+ years. & I have always loved the food. In recent months they have someone new answering the phone and she is SO POLITE and professional. The phone etiquette she provides is what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I hope someone important sees this and gives her a raise!

I had a problem with a grill chicken salad. I tried to speak to a manager about the problem. The girl that answer the phone. Was very nasty and disrespectful. The manager did nothing about it. A person can get sick from bad food.

I just had the worst experience with this place. They are false advertising on their menu. I called to order from the lunch special for business which is free delivery and it says so on the menu. The delivery person did not call when he arrived and when he did he was rude and didn’t even greet me. When I asked for change he looked at me at weird. I asked him why did the price change if the new menu he gave me was the same as the one I already had. He said he didn’t know and just walked away. I ordered the food at 11:06 and the lady who took the order told me 30-40 minutes and it was close to an hour later he came after I called the restaurant three times. I got a grilled chicken salad with a water. The dressing was nasty. The last time I called them the lady Yolanda refused to honor my cash back and I told her that it’s false advertising and I would report her. She told me to do what I have to do and hung up on me. It clearly states that the #9 is $9.95 yet I was charged $13.95. He gave me $6 back. The bread that was on the side was stale and hard. The tomato’s were soggy as well.

I don’t know what’s going on over this establishment, the food is going down fast. I live in the neighborhood and I use to order at least twice a week. Since the last month the food has been nasty. I don’t know if it’s a new cook, if it is I would change fast. Cheese steak hoagie, no seasonings not taste except for the mayo. Pizza taste just like mozzarella cheese tomatoes and dough, no spices nothing. I am disappointed I hope they get another cook or retrain who they have. If our neighborhood restaurants can’t keep us coming back, don’t get mad at us. ?

What I asked for, I didn't get and craved a cheesesteak stromboli with extra cheese and everything in it all week. Got it and was super disappointed. This used to be my favorite place now I have to find a substitute place that fullfills my request to uptmost satisfaction. Took it back and STILL didn't get what I asked for !!!! What happened to my extra cheese ??? My time , wait and money was wasted!!!
