Ordered buffalo wings, they were old and made people in my house sick

Delivery took more than a hour! Disappointed! When requested to speak to the manager the lady on the phone became upset and question why I needed to speak to the manager. Just plain poor customer service

Ordered 2 slices. They were so old. And cheese looked bad. Place smelled like cigarette smoke. Dont recommend

They want you to pay with a card over the phone for delivery the first time you order, so basically new customer have to use a card to pay for their next order no cash, I never heard of anything like that in my life.

I ordered a Beef stromboli, small pepperoni pizza and 10 buffalo wings. After getting home I realized only one side of the pizza had pepperoni, the stromboli had no peppers and onions like I requested (which is typically included automatically). The wings had a ketchup consistency like they mixed it in with the buffalo sauce and they tasted old. I drove back because I couldn’t eat the stromboli it was too bland and I paid for a full pepperoni pizza not half. I get there guy at the counter says filling half the pizza is standard which was crazy! Long story short he remade the stromboli and put pepperoni on the other side of my pizza. Also let me keep the stromboli I brought back. Just threw out the wings can’t have it all lol. Figured that’s just how they make them. Stromboli 7/10, Pizza 10/10, Wings 4/10. Overall, they were really accommodating and wanted to make sure I was happy with my second order before I left.

I don't understand any one person complaint! These people have been around for years and are very nice and I have never in all........the years I've ordered from them had an issue! Food is great and speedy delivery.

I have been ordering from here for 5+ years. & I have always loved the food. In recent months they have someone new answering the phone and she is SO POLITE and professional. The phone etiquette she provides is what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I hope someone important sees this and gives her a raise!
