If you're an older adult that enjoys being the gum on the bottom of the shoe, this is just the place for you. If you are looking to listen to some live music and be treated with respect, go somewhere else. Completely rude employees, will trample over you while going up the stairs and if you dare speak up because you’re being walked on (literally), you’ll get a “ I work here, if you’re gonna have that kind of attitude you’ll need to leave.”
Many other and much nicer places to go than here. Service is absolute trash.

Nancy is the definition of fabulous. Perfect chill Irish bartender keeps you in your place and makes you feel looked after. Best bartender I meet in Philly !

I have never had a worse experience at a bar. Tried to order drinks and didn’t have any of the options I asked about. Instead of offering similar options, Lulu responded with “no” and had an attitude. Finally decided on a drink which was all sour mix, so I returned it. Later she ended up charging me for the drink I didn’t drink, refusing to comp it. After asking to speak with a manager, I was met with more attitude. Ended up having to pay $30 drinks we didn’t drink. Horrible service and unprofessional attitude. Saw a lot of people getting up to leave through out the night due to extremely poor customer service by lulu. Still trying to get in touch with a manager.

Loved the music that was playing, but this one bartender (didn’t catch thier name) ruined the entire night by how they were acting toward my table

This place feels like Ireland. Cozy, warm lighting, no TV's, and great craic with the local crowd. Bartenders on both floors were pouring wonderful pints -- Perfect temperature and very creamy. I will be back. Also, the Guinness onion soup was lovely.

Went on a weekday, it was busy and they were asking for id. Good food especially the philly cheesesteak rolls. I come for the food and ambiance.
