The service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy, but the food fell short. The baked Brie appetizer was disappointing—mostly liquid oil with very little cheese—and didn’t feel worth the price. My salmon was good, but the menu lacked the Moroccan dishes I was expecting. Overall, the food and authenticity didn’t match the high ratings or the cost.
We went to Figs because of its proximity to the Art Museum and ended up finding a hidden gem. A little restaurant with a truly enjoyable atmosphere, the service was prompt and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the chicken came in this tangy and bright sauce that was a very nice experience. We also tried the hummus and the baba ganoush, which were nice and had a good texture. The brie is another very good appetizer option....
Cozy little restaurant with great food! We tried a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts for dinner, and we loved them all. The staff are super friendly and attentive! Will be returning.
