I used to be the bakery buyer for a natural food’s store that sources local philly fare. I chase delicious pastries around the city and am often underwhelmed. A welcoming establishment. The drip coffee was watered down, nearly all flavor diluted. Not the correct ratio of bean to water. The hash brown recipe needs to be revisited. More like a sponge dropped in a fryer. Greasy and minimal flavor. Surprisingly, little crunch. Breakfast sandwich (beg) was good.
Why did I have the best chicken sandwich of my life here? Lil fancy Italian hole in the wall just made the bombest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so good, I decided to out myself as an occasional bird eater 😳
