Very clean place. Really enjoyed my bagel sandwich, which was western club, although as you can see in the photo it seemed to be missing the turkey. The bread is nice and fluffy - not too dense and heavy like other places.
Bagels are OK but definitely not up to par with any other bagel in the city. Is wawa better? Maybe... Espresso machine was broken. So had "fresh brew coffee". Smelled like feces. Tasted horrible. Machine never cleaned?

We live close so we order from here regularly, have never had any issues and genuinely enjoy what we get. A personal fave is the whitefish, and I love that they have vegan cream cheese ? I’m surprised by the negative reviews honestly… if there have been issues, we’ve never seen them so maybe they’ve made some changes.
