“The best burger I've ever had.
I love the sandwich and fries so much.
I order them almost every weekend.

The only complaint I have is about a situation I witnessed at the location, more specifically at the Grant establishment.
I arrived at the location to pick up my order and there was no one there to serve us.
But that's okay, because we waited patiently because we weren't in a hurry and the lady was in the back cutting some ingredients.
When the lady came back to the front, another employee came to serve us and was extremely rude and impolite to the employee because she was in the back.
I thought it was very unprofessional of the employee to be rude to the employee in front of the customers and speak in a loud voice.
I think that any comment made to an employee should be made in private and not in front of the customers so that the other person feels humiliated.
That was the only thing that disappointed me.
I thought the lady's attitude was unprofessional. But other than that, I love their food and I always order from them.“

“the food is great, love Five Guys, but DAMIR, needs to learn to keep his eyes to himself. The creep, while I'm ordering, kept giggling and staring at my chest. Mind you i'm in a loose long sleeve crew neck top and jeans. Disgusting, get a grip.
Everyone else I've ever interacted with is great, literally no other complaints, they're kind and personable, zero complaints.“

“We’ve all seen the memes; Five Guys is soooo expensive. Sometimes I think I might as well make my arm and a leg into a burger and get more for my money, rather than pay an arm and a leg for a small Five Guys burger. If there was a review category for “bang for your buck”, i would rate Five guys about a 3.75/5, as it truly is a great burger.

However, the employees at this location are always so beyond sweet and polite. It’s definitely a huge draw to know that even though my meal will be expensive when I come here, i’m getting infinitely better service than if I go to most other fast food places in the area.

I will say a lot of the time the soda machines can be out of carbonation, and very flat. However the most recent time I went I enjoyed a delightfully fizzy cherry coke. I held hands with my partner, ate a burger with the works except mushrooms, and left with a smile ! thanks five guys“

“I love free refills but I can't stand Five Guys being so expensive. I'm not gonna lie it is fulfilling. I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink. They give you so much fries no matter which size you get which is cool. I wish they would season the burger differently but the texture of it makes it fine. It's a messy burger with all those toppings I got so the bread broke apart.“
