I received a delivery soaked in rain water. Filed a claim at call center and was promised to get a refund but never happened. Why? The manager wasn't available, please give us some time, call again tomorrow! Total mess! Sent them an email but no reply! Contacted them on FB but asked me to contact them by phone or email, which already ignoring us!

Burger here was very dry, been to many other Five Guy locations and the burgers are well done but juicy, here well done and dry as well as this Grant Ave location the burger meat was very small. First time experiencing the burger left about 1 inch of roll and cheese around the circumference. The fries were hard, like they weren't cooked all the way. We are outside because it was beyond freezing inside, usually unlike it cold but this was so cold that before you walked out the door from the time you pickup your food and walk so many feet your burger was cold. The roll was freezing and I guess since the burger meat didn't make it to the rim or edge of the burger roll that's why the whole sandwich was cold. Staff was very nice, parking was plentiful, also when you see parking plentiful and I am not talking about tons of parking spaces I mean like just 2 cars in the parking lot that should have been a sign to head to another five guys or go across the street to Nifty Fifties
