Ordered food for my family of 5 and waited quite a long time. They must have run our of cup because they just dumped an entire fry order into the bottom of the bag. Not the best location that I've visited. Food was decent

The best burger I've ever had. I love the sandwich and fries so much. I order them almost every weekend.
The only complaint I have is about a situation I witnessed at the location, more specifically at the Grant establishment. I arrived at the location to pick up my order and there was no one there to serve us. But that's okay, because we waited patiently because we weren't in a hurry and the lady was in the back cutting some ingredients. When the lady came back to the front, another employee came to serve us and was extremely rude and impolite to the employee because she was in the back. I thought it was very unprofessional of the employee to be rude to the employee in front of the customers and speak in a loud voice. I think that any comment made to an employee should be made in private and not in front of the customers so that the other person feels humiliated. That was the only thing that disappointed me. I thought the lady's attitude was unprofessional. But other than that, I love their food and I always order from them.

This location is pretty clean. As usual for FG, it has a nice, simple interior. Patties and fries cocked well. The fountain zone is clean. Free nuts are available. It is located on Plaza with a bunch of parking.

Berry disrespectful employees at the establishment. I walked in to get a hot dog for my kid and then referred to as a glizzy look into anyway I would avoid this place go across the street to nifty fitty way better and cheaper.

Absolutely horrendous service at the five guys on grant ave. Worker that claimed to be manager refused service over me asking for cup holder. Argued me down and proceeded to tell me I was being racist. While attempting to pick up 2 deliveries for a 3rd party vendor. Horrible customer service. Lazy employees. Aggressive interaction over a cup holder.
It's 5 Guy's . Hamburgers, French fries, and soda. Burgers are served well done, foiled wrapped in a paper bag with french fries placed on top. Burgers are made to order, never pre made. Unlimited soda refills. Many burger topping available to suit most people.
