Today Dec 7th 2024 I ordered on DoorDash from this location I ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger and Bacon cheeseburger One order of fries My triple bacon cheeseburger didn’t come with any bacon and I paid for it how can you forget to put bacon on a triple cheeseburger when it’s on the slip???? Real joke Either get people that know how to read English or give people that know how to read plain and simple!

avoid this five guys at all cost. probably worst location I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely careless, rude and disrespectful. I imagine the only thing that keeps this location in business is the location. I’ll make my own burger next time.

Food is good, it's Five Guys. However, we have now twice in a row received the wrong order when getting delivery. Sure, the receipts had similar names. Mistakes happen. But twice in a row? Delivery also took almost an hour and a half this time. Figure out how to improve the delivery experience and stop wasting people's time and money.EDIT: Deducted an additional star because the 2 times we tried to call to resolve this issue, they avoided speaking to us to get a refund. During the first call, the person on the line said the manager was out of the building and would be back in 10 minutes. After calling back well after that amount of time, the employee proceeded to put us on hold and came back to pretend to not have audio and get disconnected. It's truly not that serious to speak to a customer like an adult to refund a missing order. We won't be ordering from this location and probably Five Guys in general again.

I love free refills but I can't stand Five Guys being so expensive. I'm not gonna lie it is fulfilling. I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink. They give you so much fries no matter which size you get which is cool. I wish they would season the burger differently but the texture of it makes it fine. It's a messy burger with all those toppings I got so the bread broke apart.
I was not served at this establishment because they allegedly did not have change from $100, although my order was for $40 and it was at lunchtime. The money came from an ATM and McDonald's gladly accepted it. Wasted time, no more in fiveguys
