Had 5 Guys delivery last night for 4 people, 2 milkshakes failed to turn up and the bacon in burger was cremated and not edible, my first use of 5 guys, will probably be the last, I will certainly warn friends and family to think twice.

Made an order through five guys app that the workers forgot to submit as done, waited 1 hour before calling restaurant just to get hung up on four times whilst a woman cashier picking up the phone said “i’ll get the manager”. Reordered food on door dash app and waited 25 minutes for them prepping to food just to get 1.5 to 2 hour old food from the first order which included a milkshake. Who gives out a dairy product that’s sitting in a hot restaurant for 2 hours? It was disgusting, along with getting every part of the order wrong besides the fries. One of the laziest things I have ever seen in fast food.

Spent $66 on dinner here tonight ($55 for food + $11 tip), it was not busy at all and we got our order quickly, but I guess too quickly. We walked home and the burgers were basically raw and the hot dogs were rancid. Only the fries were edible. Big bummer for food that's so expensive.

They need a new group of workers I went to buy something and the workers are absolutely rude and they give a very disgusting attitude. I don't recommend this spot at all. The female workers are terrible.

This location needs to hire a new team. I’ve been here numerous times and often the workers have an attitude, are engaging in loud conversations, or are just plan negligent. I ordered a milkshake today. Waited for 10 minutes wondering why other people who ordered after me received their food. I got up to see my milkshake was off to the side with a sticker as if I ordered online. I was in front of team the entire time. It was not even busy!!! My milkshake was mostly melted.
