Used to really love Five Guys burgers and fries, but recently the quality of Five Guys burgers has really declined. The last two times we've ordered the food has been very subpar.
Last night's order the hamburger patty was cold and dried out like it had been sitting for hours. What happened to the fresh burgers off the grill? And the fries...way too salty.
Guess I'll be heading to Shake Shack and Grandstand Burgers more often.

I usually like 5 guys. Today when I got home with my pick up order I discovered that my bacon burger did not have any bacon nor did it have the bbq sauce I added with my order. Do better. This was the location in Sylvania, Ohio

Was at your Peel location, downtown Montreal, this evening. The fries were good, but the burger was the worst I’ve had in years. The bun looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting in a bucket of water. And at $16.68, the worst burger I’ve had in a long time was also one of the most expensive.

Stopped by with my kid yesterday after kicking around some soccer we loved it. It was almost empty (5.30PM but on Labor Day Sunday). We got only a small cheeseburger with ketchup and little fries! Was done in less than 7-8 mins, with the guy adding fries basically stuffed 3 little fries into our brown bag! Also we then realized there are free peanuts ( hard to see them as they sit right behind you as you order) so overall we got a great hookup! My kid loved the burger and my wife and enjoyed extra fries and peanuts - she was already doing tacos at home so we passed on burgers.

When I went the 1st time. I believe it was all girls and they messed up my burger. Didn’t even give me my extra patty but the guys there are AWESOME. I used to work for five guys in Dc but these guys make an awesome patty melt and they didn’t forget my extra patty.

Went to Five Guys in the Arboretum with my family on 08/03/2025 with my family. We stopped in that location around 11am, ate and left. That same night, me and my son both got very sick from Five Guys, I called and spoke to a customer service representative 8 days ago and was told I would be refunded for the bad food. After several messages with no response from Five Guys, I am left with posting this negative review. Avoid this franchise altogether.

I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms with a1 sauce and they gave me a double cheeseburger with a1 sauce.

The meat on my hamburger was cold. I live close by so there were no reason for the cold burger. Not worth driving by and I don’t trust people after you complain about service or food.
Whenever I order five guys on ubereats, they somehow never get my order right and I've gotten a wrong order each time. I ordered today again hoping it would be right when apparently my uber driver had to cancel my order because five guys never got my order in the system.

Had 5 Guys delivery last night for 4 people, 2 milkshakes failed to turn up and the bacon in burger was cremated and not edible, my first use of 5 guys, will probably be the last, I will certainly warn friends and family to think twice.
