I was surprised to see this place had such low reviews because I had a great experience ordering from here around 2pm on a Wednesday Afternoon. I got influenced by Keith Lee to try a grilled cheese burger...so a grilled cheese sandwich with whatever toppings you enjoy and adding a patty to it. The bun/bread is flipped inside out and well toasted on both sides, with 2 slices of cheese and a juicy burger patty with all the toppings. I definitely preferred this to a regular burger because it was crispy and less squished than the usual five guys burger. The fries in particular were cooked perfectly, a little crispy and well seasoned. I called my order in on the phone, and the person who took my order was super friendly, double checking that all my desired toppings were added. I went in about 10 mins after placing my order, but still waited for about 10 more mins which gave me some anxiety because I decided to park illegally. Anyway, all the staff seemed to be in a good mood as they prepared orders. The restaurant was clean and I had a chilled experience. Would come back.

Slow service, customers seem to not get their food.
They are very nice. Food always hot fresh and made to order. Very polite friendly staff. Tables were clean and everything was well stocked. (I think I noticed the security guard fixing chairs while waiting to pay for my food) Well worth the trip/experience!!

Good burgers. The first time i had their fries, they were amazing, better than McDonald's. The second time, they were horrible-- soggy and undercooked. Thelack of consistency is a shame. At least McDonald's is consistent.

don't try to go to this place they're too ghetto here, need better management and new staff. People need to be trained better and the order is never 100% right. I'm allergic to certain stuff and they still manage to put what I can't have on my food. and they flirt and try to scam people for their tips. STAY A WAY!!!!!
