My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday and the food was absolutely delicious! I will talk about it days. Our waiter, Finch, was incredibly nice and made our experience unforgettable. The owner, Josh, came over and talked to us as well which is always welcoming. Overall a very inviting and friendly atmosphere with 10/10 food and drinks. We will definitely be back, especially for happy hour!

Fabulous dining experience! First the food: Our party of four enjoyed sampling a wide array of options: scallops gratin, tropea onion tarte tatin, oysters, hamachi crudo, duck agnolotti, mussels vinaigrette, pork & pistachio terrine, squash veloute, mighty bread co miche, pan seared steelhead trout, and steak frites au poivre. For dessert we shared the chocolate torte and warm almond cake. We loved every single item that we ordered with our top three being the scallops, steelhead and onion tarte. We also highly recommend the Triste Iver cocktail. Next the service: Over two and a half hours we were consistently impressed with the knowledge and attentiveness of our waiter Logan and all the support staff. Our plates arrived at the table with perfect spacing. Lastly the atmosphere: modern design with nice spacing between the tables. We ate downstairs and would love to try the second floor seating options on our next visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Recently moved to Philadelphia and was so exceptionally pleasantly surprised by this gem.
- Service is exceptional, neighbourhood oriented, kind, and accommodating.
- Happy hour is fantastic! Bar area is beautiful and the lite bites are delicious, especially the onion tart.
- Full raw bar with rotation of oysters that taste fresh and flavourful
- Cheeky, laid back, sophisticated atmosphere
This spot scratches an itch for me that’s been hard to find in Philly. Excited to see how gains in popularity over the next year.

Absolutely outstanding dinner! Wonderful atmosphere and service. Every bite was phenomenal- the scallop gratin, the squash veloute, the pork terrine, the crudo, the slams with the house made hot sauce- outstanding. The steak frites were also a standout.

I loved the place; the combination of food was delicious. The sea scallop gratin was amazing. The snow crab was a unique experience; the spinach and basil combination was delightful.

This place has a future. Imagine the rest of the area being full of such restaurants!
The atmosphere is great. Music quality good, noise level great, sound system well built in in a ceiling. Distance between tables make is pleasant to talk and interact. Many little ornaments do emphasize on french culture as well as the displayed art.
Everything i tried was great but I have suggestions: foiegra on bread need to come sliced diagonally - it will avoid confusion for people who aren't foodies. The Duck leg is uniquely great and delicious but the dill on it switches the palette to a different direction and I would go for more neutral herb or something else that emphasizes the dish. The drinks are great: good proportion of alcohol and great choice of ice - you will enjoy drinking it, it won't lose its taste until you finish. The service was on top, talk from the waiter and staff, people who bring food they are knowledgeable and prepared. You can feel someone is really running this place. This is how the service have to feel for customers. The price? 3 appetaizers , 2 cocktails and 2 main course without tip was $180 which is great. If they keep prices relative to what they are now they will have more returning customers. If they work a little more creative of how the bill comes it would add more value. Get creative or check more french history how can you make a customer feel wow effect by delivering the check.
Great job and good luck!

We had a great dinner here! The smoked fish toast, sweet potatoes, beef, and pavlova were excellent. Everyone that works there is so nice too. Excited to go back and try the oysters!

I went on Valentine’s Day and had my reservations delayed about an hour, which sucked, but everything other than that was 10/10 and this is the first Valentine’s Day this restaurant has hosted, so I’ll chalk it up to the managers being overzealous with the bookings. Other than that? The servers and hosts were absolutely amazing, and gave out free wine while we waited! It’s gorgeous inside, the food is delicious, and even though it was a bit of a mishap on the reservation side, it made me wanna go back on a normal night and I can’t give less than 5 stars in any category.

We were here couple weeks ago with a company of friends.
The place is very nice with clean, modern design and ambient music.
Stuff is friendly and nicely trained.
But what make this restaurant really exceptional is the food.
Everything we tried, from appetizers to desserts, was delicious and beautifully plated.
There is also a very good selection of wines and drinks for any taste.
So, do not hesitate to make reservation. You will not be disappointed.

Had a 7:30 reservation and did not get seated until 8:20pm. I know they are new but it really messed up our plans and night. Atleast send a text to people and let us know you are behind so that we don’t have to stand in a dark hallway with no space for almost an hour on Valentine’s Day. And on top of that dishes were coming out so slow we had to take some to go after already being an hour behind due to their poor time management. Unacceptable to pay more than $100 per person for dinner and to have that happen.
However, the staff was very kind and amicable and the food was great. Loved the sweet potato dish so much!!! They will for sure be a great restaurant if they figure out their timings better.

Fleur’s was an amazing dinner experience from the well crafted drinks to the delicious meal, I would highly recommend this restaurant! We went for Valentine's Day dinner and this was the most volume the restaurant had seen since being open but they handled it with such grace. They offered us complimentary drinks as we waited and then once we were seated the waitstaff was nothing short of excellent! We had a prefixed menu and all of the food was delicious. The crudo to start was so flavorful with a nice crunch of pomegranate and then my main course was the duck leg and that was so tender with again a lot of bold, delicious flavors. I will definitely be back and I give so much credit to the amazing team they have built here!!
