There isn't enough air ventilation for the amount of hookah being smoked. I'm not sure what type of coal is used but my eyes were burning severely due to the smoke.
Right from the time I walked in, the customer service was through the roof. We went for happy hour and had some of the best drinks. If you have a reservation, ask for V. His service, personality and recommendations were amazing. Will be returning
Such a great experience our server, we called him dapper I can't remember his name but he wore a sharp outfit with a top hat and he was of Indian decent. He was great! He made the best suggestions for hookah and then there was Lo, the Nigerian guy at the door. He was great as well and both men made the night more fun. Oh and the DJ's music set was great just good vibes all around deff worth every penny!
This is not my first time at FRAME but my first time doing brunch there. Food was on point as always and the drinks! I love the ambiance of the place and how great the customer service is. I will be going back as I said it's not my first time going! Keep up the great work!
food was so good and came out quick! drinks were so good and hit the spot with the alcohol.
We came for our 1st ladies night out of 2026 & loved it. V was great, the food was amazing, & the service & atmosphere was awesome.
Very attentive, the gentleman that took our order was great very welcoming. The chicken skewer were so good the lobster fried rice that came with it was delicious and flavorful. My husband had the salmon he really liked it. It smelled good even though I'm not a fish person. It smelled really good and looked really good. The golden hour cocktails were delicious, they would be 100x better if it was like a frozen slushy kind of thing goin on but overall great experience. Would recommend and would go back.
I went here for the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity brunch. 1/5/26. I forgot to take a picture of my food and drink. But I had the steak and eggs and an espresso martini. Both were jam packed with flavor and that steak was cooked to perfection. I like it tender with no pink which normally comes out burnt. This was a juicy tender steak. Seasoned to perfection. The only complaint/not really is the upholstery it was dirty in appearance and when creating ambiance the furniture is important. Its quaint and small upstairs. All in all I gave 4 stars. Price is okay for the area. The waitress was nice and provided good service. Next time they need more than one person serviving all those ppl.

We started with the tuna tartare and had the chicken skewers and vodka chicken penne as mains. I would call the menu unfocused at best, the execution on each dish was flawed, and the vibe of the place felt more bar like than a restaurant. If you wanna come smoke hookah and have a few drinks this place is for you.

Had a good time. Me and wifey went for dinner on a Friday night. Food was really good especially the steak and crab fried rice. Good drinks and drink menu.
Relaxed lounge type atmosphere. Didn’t make it upstairs to party but we’ll come back.

Food, ambiance and a service were great . The food was flavorful and the music in the background and lighting of restaurant was perfect. I'd recommend for anyone looking to for great food and a night out in Philly .
I really wanted to enjoy this brunch spot, especially after traveling from NJ, but the experience didn’t match the online presentation. It looks upscale in photos, but in person the tablecloths, cups, and cutlery felt cheap. Service was slow, though the food was excellent and the music was great.
The biggest issue was the constant interruptions from the photographer, who even dropped a pile of photos on our table while we were eating very unprofessional.
Overall, this is more of a casual, party-style brunch. If you want a fun, turn-up vibe, it works. If you’re looking for something ideal for couples, this isn’t the place.
