Definitely one of the best venues in the city. Food is awesome, music is always on point and the venue gives nyc vibes. The customer service is always on point and the manager is engaged on what’s happening in the restaurant. A must try!

Went here for a birthday gathering. The service was great. The restaurant ambience is really nice, but the food was average. I think they focus more on the vibes than the food. but it was good time overall 4/5 stars.

Omg!!!! Frame was amazing. My sisters and I had a ball . It was my pre-birthday celebration ?.The vibe was very grown and sexy .The music and energy was top tier. The food and drinks were amazing. We had the fish tacos, fried calamari, salmon and the roasted chicken with mash and brussels sprouts were to die for. Our server Ashley was so sweet and polite. I definitely will be back!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone you won't be disappointed.

The fact that this place has 4.4 stars truly blows my mind. It just proves that people go where the vibe is and truly don’t know what great food tastes like. First off, when I went to the bathroom the floor was extremely sticky so it already gave dirty vibes but I was with a friend who wanted to try the place so I let it go. I had a lemon drop with tequila and it came out to $20 for ONE DRINK. And the drink was very underwhelming. We had calamari and scallops and shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp were overcooked but the scallops and sauce it came in was good. The bread was greasy and slightly burnt. For dinner I had the teriyaki salmon. The salmon was pretty good but the mashed potatoes taste like instant mashed potatoes and the asparagus was too soft for my liking. My friend had the chicken and it was flavorful and not dry but she also did not like the mashed potatoes. This is an overpriced establishment with good vibes. Shoutout to the dj. I will definitely not be back but to each their own.

The experience was nice, the food was nasty. I had ordered the lamb chops and it was bland, no seasoning. The drinks were good, I had the lemon drop. The fried calamari was delicious.. the vibes was nice, good music, and the service was great. 6/10

I had a private surprise birthday brunch for my mother at Frame PHL and I must say I have zero complaints everything from planning/coordinating to the actual day of the brunch went seamlessly. The service, food and ambiance was absolutely phenomenal! If you are looking to have a memorable party/event booking at Frame PHL is a must! All positive vibes here they exceeded my expectations! Shout out to V (manager) Eygpt (party host) bartender (forgot his name sorry) and I cannot forget the private DJ who kept the party going with great music as well as the rest of the staff for all your hard work , patience and kindness! thank you for helping me create a special and the most unforgettable birthday brunch!

Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of The beautiful Society Hill neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia. It is good that their fine kitchen stays open a bit later too, ‘till later - into - the - evening .

Overall it was very good. Food was DELISH!! The crispy rice tuna appetizer was my favorite. The waitress was very nice but not on her A game. She forgot a drink and side dish, but she was also the only waitress. The host checked on us a couple of times to see how things were. He was very friendly. We all commented pretty much at the same time that it was too loud......we are also all over 50 lol. I would definitely go again bc the food was very good.

We went for my 27th birthday and had a time! The DJ played great music, the drinks were good as well as the food. Everyone at my table enjoyed the food and they were very accommodating for my size of party. I will say it's very busy in there so the service was as best as they could do, it did take some time to get drinks and food but they made up for that with everything else. I'd like to add aside from bringing out and lighting the cake I brought, they also brought out a slice of their cake and lit it for me too which I think was very thoughtful. Overall, I will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes because I enjoyed the experience as a whole.

The food was great the atmosphere is great but it is very small and they have no waiting area. I was seated about 30 minutes after my reservation, me and my party had to stand in the corner in the front of the restaurant next to seated tables. It was very unpleasant to have to stand there and wait after I had reservations.
