Service girl that answers phone very horrible communication extremely rude When tried to speak to manager he didn’t even care that as a Customer I wasn’t being satisfied and hung up on me I would never recommend nor give them a shot again just moved in area and was trying to find a place to eat and this wasn’t it oh and they said they were busy so if that is the service you receive when restaurant is busy don’t even waste your time.

I literally go there for their garlic knots but the last two times they were over cooked and underwhelming compared to their normal. Only place that has these so addictive please bring them back!! Other than that staff is great and the rest of the food is great just these garlic knots are to die for and I miss them

Used to be great. Now the food is 🗑️ and the service is horrible. Their delivery person apparently “knocked several times and called” but 4 people were sitting around waiting for food. Once it was 30 min late we called. It was still at the shop and we had to go get it despite a $15 tip and paying a delivery fee. When we showed up, they yelled at us about not being there and refused to even apologize. Food was $85 and worth maybe $50 at best. Will never return. It’s not the same as it was for the last 5 yrs we’ve been ordering from them.

Food is delicious but i do want to add a recommendation, the chicken Alfredo pasta is delicious but the chicken definitely needs some seasoning when cooked to add to the pasta.

Franco burger, house made chicken tenders, cheesesteaks, homemade soup pizza. All very good but you gotta Pay up for quality product. Good Cannolis too.
Been coming here for a while now never had no problems I usually get a large pie that’s always good. I just recently tried to Stromboli. That was pretty good. The cheesesteaks are great. The garlic knots are great. It’s pretty good food here, but this is definitely my pizza and cheesesteak go to.! And all in a good neighborhood! Parking mite be a lil issue but you can Double Park real quick! I definitely recommend this Place if you haven’t tried it!

Every single thing I’ve had is good. It’s a tiny more pricey but worth it. pizza, wings, Italian dishes , cheesesteaks . All good ?? most of these places are so inconsistent. One time it’s great next time it’s awful. I’m picky with pizza. i don’t like a droopy slice. Def order anything from here . And the garlic knots??? Order extra. I promise you.

Wish I could give no stars, we order at the register and asked “to go or dine in” we said “dine in” after waiting nearly 30 minutes, and being exhausted we were given a pizza box and plates and nobody listened to when we said wanted to dine in. Other people were served but we were kicked out! Why did you do this?

I have always ordered from here and they have been slipping very bad. I will never again order from here. I ordered a Italian Stromboli, hardly even cooked, hardly any meat.. it sucked so bad that I had to put it in my air fryer. I also got buffalo wings and asked for them to be cooked WELL DONE and again they sucked and I had to cook them in my air fryer too. The buffalo sauce taste like salad dressing. These people need to do something before they lose alot of good customers. Maybe they need to get rid of the people in the back and get some real Italian people in the back cooking.... DONT ORDER THEY SUCK AND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY... sorry

The Sicilian pizza is one of the best in the neighborhood, and the plain pies are very good also. Very friendly staff and delivery is always quick .
