We had a wonderful experience tonight. We were out walking our dog when we stopped in. A woman out front was kind enough to take us to the to go part of the store to skip the line. The ice cream was delicious and the Chinese takeout container was a fun touch. I’d recommend stopping for a fun atmosphere and sweet treat.

The inefficiency in a place. 45 minutes to place an order, 35 minutes to get a waffle cone single flavor, a guy brings it to you outside the shop while you’re waiting on a sidewalk. Totally crap. Don’t go there!!

Traditional ice cream done right. All the flavors I tried were delicious. The place is eclectic and takes you back to the past and I loved how they serve your ice cream in Chinese to go containers. We went at a down time but this place can get jam packed but it’s worth the wait. Staff were friendly and I’m already planning to go back to get a sweet treat.

Very overhyped, often extremely crowded and also partly due to slow service. We waited 30 mins in line for what was very regular ice cream, nothing special, overpriced as well. The ambience is retro. Was told the sundaes are supposed to be better.

Even coming from NYC this place felt overpriced ($12 for a tiny pre packaged ice cream sandwich?). The ice cream was very mediocre. Neat decor but felt like a rip off.

I ordered the medium size and it couldn’t be finished by two people. It was probably enough for four people. It was so delicious. 20?
The line is ridiculously long at night and the staff stand around with their hands in the pockets and on their phones waiting for orders to come through while 1 person takes orders at the register.
Waiting in line is one thing. Being busy is is understandable. Having 5 employees stand around while there are over 35 people waiting in line.
And the person on the register doesn’t care to speed it up either.
Truly. Save your time and the anger of watching the line not move.
