First off I ask for a turkey burger and the put it in the microwave oven. I said something about it then they put on the grill. The burger was super small tasteless I had wilted lettuce and by to time the fries came up the burger was cold. I also had the dry rub wings tasteless also. Will never come back again.

I wish I read the recent reviews before going but basically I won’t be going back. This use to be one of my favorite spots to grab wings and cornbread, well before Covid. Now, wings are huge! I can tell they haven’t adjusted the cooking time to the new dinosaur wings because they were tough! I had to put them back in the oven to finish cooking. So disappointing. My chicken also still had feathers on it, just grossed out and lets me know they don’t properly clean their meats. Save your money, cook at home. The only thing that was ok was the peach cornbread but that didn’t even wow me like it use to.
$20 down the drain! The food tastes low quality and mass-produced. Not good at all and poor customer service. Go anywhere else.

Please DO NOT eat here. If you do, watch the workers with an eagle eye. If they mess up your order they will try to charge you for their mistake. The food was not good and definitely not worth the hassle of having to point out an error to the cashier. There are so many better spots in the Terminal. Don’t waste your time with Franks! The bad reviews are legit and there for a reason.

Made the mistake of not checking reviews and had I checked, I would have never ordered from here. Saw workers doing disgusting things like picking up food off the floor. The food was not good and the service was horrible. BEWARE and AVOID!
I love every flavor for the chicken options and the cornbread is truly one of a kind. A Great place to pick up fast delicious food in Philly.

Waited in line over 20 minutes for sweet and spicy wing dings. It was a entire pan left . While I'm in line they take the pan away and replace with whole barbecue wings. I asked why. They said " she " said to take away " she" is the boss. I asked to see her and everyone just looking around for this mysterious boss. I guess they eanted to take the wings home to eat.

Ordered meatball platter. Rolls hard,no cheese(cost extra) meatballs were lukewarm at best and generic purified water. I could have spent my money somewhere else. Won’t be going back. Waste of 20.00
