What the hell happened?

My partner and I ordered on Uber eats. We got the cheesesteak combo with cheese fries. And let me just say this… who ever made that cheesesteak need they ass ATE. We tore it UP. Definitely will be trying again. I’m so glad I tried something new lol.

By far the most delicious cheesesteak I had in a long time. I got a regular cheesesteak with wiz, mayo and fried onions. Perfect amount of cheese and the onions were actually COOKED!! I tried Skinny Joeys cheesesteak a few weeks ago, it doesn’t compare to this. Franks cheesesteak is way more flavorful and affordable. Will be back!

On the window states ask for a menu because the prices have changed. So I asked for a menu and ordered the special and was charged extra. So I told the girls that the price looks off and she said everything on the menu is 1.5-2$ higher we are waiting for the new menus to come in. You guys shouldn’t display “ask for the menu” if the menu prices aren’t accurate. I was supposed to pay 25$ and instead it was 31 and some change that’s a difference.

Orderd here a few times food was really great however this time there was a long curly hair in my cheesesteak. I don't recall seeing anyone wearing any hair nets either. Don't get me wrong good food they just need take the proper precautions to prevent this from happening.

Honestly this place has the best cheese steaks in the city 100%. Definitely my new favorite cheese steak. Prices are reasonable considering how prices have gone up everywhere and a shitty cheese steak costs the same amount at some random pizza place. I believe the cheese steak platter was 10.99. They also have my favorite type of fries, the ones with the little crunchy pieces on them. Idk if they have won the best Phillies cheese steak but they need to be nominated, not sure how that's done but it needs to be ASAP this place deserves it...

Food was horrible. First and last time going there. When I ordered the food the guy told me it was melted american cheese. That was a lie! It was a couple of pieces of cheese, not melted! Which by the way barely had any cheese on it! Sandwich was dry! Meat taste cheap like a steak-um in a box. Kept making me burp and taste it. Had to drown it in ketchup to give it some type of bearable flavor. Taste like something you would get from a hospital cafeteria. Don't waste your money. Spend a couple more dollars somewhere else for a quality sandwich!! Also, ordered fries. They too tasted horrible. Looked and tasted as if they were a day old.
