Katherine was an excellent waitress. We sat upstairs. Great building, Brunch menu was yummy. We all had something different. Pancakes were outstanding!
Great food and great service. The menu is a bit eclectic; not in a bad way but it's an interesting mix. We'd likely return.
Great location! The ambiance was great, everything staff member was very pleasant & personable. Henry on the bar was amazing with service and conversation, a great person to have at Fringe.
I was recently in town for a wedding and looked up gluten free places to try in between events. Stumbled upon this gem! Lots of GF options and great outdoor area. Our server Lucas was top notch! Will be coming back.

We ate outside. It was very noisy. Our waiter was nice but busy and the outside bartender was very nice.
Avoid at all costs...we payed for an event ticket, paid for food. They didn't tell us they charged us for a tip. And when I asked the cook if he accepted tips he said yes we do. So I tipped him again with cash. That's lying and dishonest...why didn't he say we added the tip. Absolutely horrendous service, the only good thing about it was the view of the bridge. Which I can get for free.. again avoid at all costs. The event was horrible a BBQ event with out Mac and cheese and McDonald's fries... Pathetic

As someone with a gluten allergy, the food was well prepared and very good. Unfortunately, the rating comes from the associated parking garage they use for parking- the restaurant stated parking would be “validated” when instead, there was only a small discount given on a high hourly rate. Had this been communicated previously, I would have made other parking arrangements.

Great experience eating outside, incredibly dog friendly, great service, server Brando was so friendly and attentive. Great service! The food is delicious, the sensual brownie dessert was seriously one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Extensive drink menu too! Something for everyone. The burgers were cooked perfectly and overall food was very flavorful. They are a very dog friendly place and the atmosphere is so peaceful outside with lighting and trees. For sure recommend!

Fringe on Salsa Sundays has become a spot where we bring clients for a random fun get together.
The energy is high and the people in attendance are always like close friends you haven’t met yet. This is the culture we promote and embrace in our business and we’re grateful that Fringe hosts this frequently and is only a few blocks away.

Had a great time, the food lemon wings and cheese curds were grand, and the drinks 10 out of 10!

There are so many things to love about Fringe Bar as a reception venue. The food is phenomenal; the building itself is gorgeous; the Ben Franklin Bridge backdrop is photo-op ideal; and the sound system is as clear and crisp as anything this layman has heard before. The drinks rule, the staff’s super friendly, and the location makes logistics as easy as possible for a venue in Philadelphia. Yet despite all these noteworthy features, the best part of Fringe is doubtlessly Liz, the manager. My wife and I had our wedding reception at Fringe in July of this year – and it was a huge success thanks in large part to Liz’s efforts. She worked with us for months in preparation, and then the day of she was on-site for 16 hours, ensuring that everything went according to plan – that everything was in place, that the schedule was being followed, that all the vendors knew where to be and when. And not only did she do all this – and assume the role of our de facto wedding planner – she also did it in a way where it never seemed like a chore for her. She was always so kind to us, she was always interested in accommodating us (regardless of how ridiculous those accommodations were) – and it was always so clear that she wanted us to have a good time, just like any other friend would. She’s a truly wonderful person, and my wife and I would not have wanted to work with anyone else – that much is true.
So if you’re thinking about booking Fringe for your wedding, do it! Liz will ensure that you’re not disappointed.

Went for bottomless for a friend’s birthday & Lucas did not let out glasses even get half empty, he was amazing!! Also the food is very good, had the chicken biscuit. I lived in the south for 5 years, probably the best chicken biscuit I have ever had in Philly. Would def recommend!!
