The ice cream here is simply average — nothing special and easily replaceable. What truly defines this place is the extremely poor service attitude. No rude words are used, but the unpleasant facial expressions and impatient tone are worse than verbal insults. From the moment you approach the counter, you are made to feel unwelcome, as if your presence is a nuisance rather than a customer.
Even if the ice cream were exceptional, it would still not be worth spending money just to be treated this way. And since the product itself is only average, there is absolutely no reason to tolerate such an experience. This is just an ice cream shop, and there are many others offering the same thing with basic courtesy. Save your money, save your mood, and don’t come here expecting respect.

Hard pass. The girl at the cashier is as rude as it gets, not even exaggerating. Have seen her more than once so doesn’t appear mgmt cares. Making it a point to not bring visitors here.

Rolled Ice Cream Experience was dope. This rolled ice cream spot is such a fun place to visit! It was a little busy when we went and parking was a bit tricky, but once we got inside everything was super clean with a really nice crowd and welcoming vibe. The ice cream itself was delicious my son loved it so much he kept licking the same spot on his scoop (and ended up hurting his tongue a bit because it was so cold 🤦♀️).
The only thing I’d suggest is adding some background music, because without it you mostly just hear everyone’s conversations. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The rolled ice cream looks super fancy and tastes amazing — definitely something new and fun to try if you haven’t before. The presentation is great, and it’s made fresh right in front of you. Only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky in the area, but overall it’s worth a visit for the experience and flavor!

I ordered thw strawberry one online and arrived around 10 mins later. They packed it with a bag of ice but I waited like 20 mins larer to eat it so it melted 🫠 but it was still delicious 😋. It wasn't too sweet and it actually tasted like strawberries.
