This was my favorite location. I don’t go to the one on Cottman because the service was terrible, and the quality was nowhere near as good. I have to go out of my way and drive into Jersey if I want a decent açaí bowl. Do you plan on reopening?

Good fruit bowls & great for a quick lunch/grab for on- the go. Great colors & probably one of the healthier options in the city. Definitely worth the visit. Staff very friendly & quick. Close to whole foods and target.

I really miss this place. I'm sad to see it listed as temporarily shutdown on Google. While my experience with the staff was ok- they were pleasant enough but at least twice they didn't listen when I nicely asked that they leave off the coconut shavings. Regardless of that I crave their bowls and I miss working within walking distance of them for a good lunch option. Tasty bowls and I thought the sizes/portions were fair.

Excellent bowls! Super healthy and delicious. Owner is awesome and place is super cute. If you want to stay healthy and feel good I highly recommend this place. I know many businesses are struggling to get back to normal given the struggles of the pandemic but this business still does a great job!

I’m used to having protein-packed bowls so I don’t think the portions are small, as other reviewers have stated. I had the kale base bowl with plant-based protein, peanut butter and fruit on top. It was ok. The fruit on top was good, but the based was really cold, kinda frozen. That’s not my preference.I also ordered the free smoothie when you signed up to the app. I had the mango strawberry with almond milk but removed the honey. It seems this was what made it sweet, not the fruit.I wouldn’t recommend for someone that liked flavorful meals, but it was the only healthy option I found in the area.

The combo only comes in small and the selection of ingredients is not very good ?. I was hopeful that this would be a great experience but ordering is very arduous and somewhat painful to the rank amateurs. Perhaps if I were to plan a second time experience it would be easier?

There used to be a Frutta bowls on my college campus which I loved so I was very excited to find that there was one close by. Unfortunately my experience here was disappointing. Off the bat, a young lady with purple braids asked me something and I wasn’t entirely sure what she said so I said “I’m here to place an order.” She then very rudely replied in an aggressive tone saying “yea that’s what I just said, if you’re placing an order” and walked away. Another young lady came out to take my order. She was very polite and nice and made my bowl swiftly. The bowl itself was disappointing. At the other location I used to go to, the fruit always tasted fresh and the açaí was really good. Here, the strawberries were mushy, and the açaí tasted like it was freezer burned. The young lady who made my bowl was great but I am very disappointed by the bowl and the negative interaction with the first staff member.

The absolute best smoothie bowl place in philly. They have great customer service. I recommend the “Frutta bowl” is what I have in the picture. 10/10

I had a bad experience with the staffs. I arrived at 730pm to place my order and they declined my order because "they had to clean." I ordered online and when l went to the location to pick it up they told me they never received my order although the transaction was confirmed online and my back account was charged. Very disappointed at their lack of customer service & professionalism.

I had a very bad experience today at this place, a very disrespectful staff didn’t want to take my order at 7:30pm because they close at 8pm and they had to “cleanup” in a really bad attitude he declined my service.

Very disappointed with the staff, I got there at 7:30pm and I wanted to make an order but the guy told me that they close at 8pm but they had to cleanup and that they stopped receiving order with a very bad attitude the service was declined.

There were 2 employees inside when I arrived. Both were friendly and helpful. There was music being played but it wasn't blaring at least. I ordered a small bowl. It was yummy, it was prepared correctly, and service was timely. However I was surprised at the size for the price. I know prices lately are up for most goods but I'm used to getting a meal sized bowl for this price, not a snack size. Their menu lists only "small" and "large" but doesn't specify the ounces. I probably wouldn't make a special trip back, only based on the prices. But if I was in this area and was ready for a quick, healthy, and cold snack on a hot day I would stop in again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I go here 1-2 times per week and I’ve had a pleasant experience each and every time. They are very quick and my order is always correct, and it tastes amazing. Compared to a lot of other smoothie/açaí bowl places in the area, you get a really good amount for the price you pay. Last but not least, the employees here are all terrific and super nice. Would give 10 stars if I could.
