First time visiting the restaurant:
The banh beo dish had old, smelly onions.
Shrimp tapioca cake is not fresh.
Tamarind ice water is old peanuts so it smells bad.
Salted lemonade with no lemon in sight.
The lemon leaf chicken hot pot has no lime leaves, is salty, and has a very normal taste.
I choose 3 stars because the shaking beef dish is okay.

We loved the twist on what has become the typical Vietnamese American cuisine. Thanh’s recipes are full of flavor using quality and fresh ingredients. We have the mango shrimp salad, banh xeo, and soft shell crabs. All were delicious. We appreciated Thanh coming by and chatting with us. We wish her lots of success as brings Vietnam’s cuisine to Philadelphia.
