This Cheesesteak was beyond words for what I expected. Last weekend I had Steve Prince of Steaks and was mad af how terrible it was. Steak not chopped up and just sloppy. Overall disappointment. But this Cheesesteak here is finely chopped, bread was lightly toasted with the bread crisp, nothing falling out/sloppy and extra onions as requested. This is an entirely better Cheesesteak then ANYTHING I've had in NE. Boul is legit.

Follow Up- I gave them another shot after that very honest reply from the store- They are back to being great again. The ones I got on 9/19 were really not good. But the ones I got last night were as good as always. I'd rate them 7 out of 10

I base my pizza places on their wings. During Covid every place jacked up their wing prices but Galaxy was fair about it. Plus they were a good size, really good flavor and cooked well....

This place has decent food and lower prices then most places around. I really appreciate the owners working hard and making sure to be on top of things.
One thing I admire most but I would like to critique - they actually wear gloves! However may I make a suggestion, use isopropyl spray on the gloves between tasks and you will earn the trust even more from people who are clean freaks or germ phobes.
