Got denied with my real drivers license id- I got told “not tonight, my hair and face don’t look the same” (as it does in my photo id) I just turned 22, (have shorter hair than I used to and a full beard) I guess they wanted me to look the same from when my picture was taken my senior year of high school. Keep in mind there’s about nobody in this bar, they don’t ask for a second form of id, a question about my license. Just “not tonight” because I don’t look the same as I did when I’m 17. It was actually funny to see that happen. Don’t know anything about being a bouncer but I’m almost positive that’s just not how you do that job…
Loveee the Fishtown Garage, especially Christina at the door - she brings such a vibe as soon as you walk in and feeling of safeness to the bar. Also, obsessed with Mike at the bar, such fun, caring employees that makes me love coming multiple times a week.

Food was terrible for the price. Just needed to eat so I got a smash burger that was the literal opposite of a smash burger. Karaoke was going on and it was LOUD! I had to go outside at one point just to get away from the awful. The service was great! Bartender friendly and could tell I just wanted to eat and go. Would recommend if you like a crowded place with loud noise.

The garage never disappoints. I’ve come here to enjoy some drinks and food and it’s always on point. The bartender are nice. Lots of different options for beers. My new favorite is the fun bag.

Bar tender quality has dropped off a cliff
such friendly bouncers especially christina rich and kyle at garage fishtown on 5/9
Would give zero stars if I could. Bouncers are rude and racist. We will never be coming back here again.
Chill weekend spot with ski ball and pool tables. There are always fun, new drink specials! Never disappoints!
Garage is at its best on a weekday when it’s empty and you want to watch a baseball game and drink a beer.
On a weekend? When it’s busy? Scary.
Heard multiple women get roofied so please be careful.

Great bar in Fishtown. Gets super busy.
Sophia was excellent. 230 beer options on their menu! Spacious center seating. Outside patio for a warm day. Located at a busy intersection for people watching. Perfect for a summer day. ID required on entry.
Really good spot but not the best place for gameday... Too many out of town yuppies its a super weird atmosphere... Great beer selection and the staff is super friendly its not their fault the crowd that shows up but just letting yall know...

The best bartender! It was a slim girl with tatted sleeves. I can’t remember her name, but she provided exceptionally service. I will return because of the hospitality.
