Served me raw chicken 3 months ago called and let them know they refunded , had it again today figured give them another shot, chicken was again undercooked, and the sides (rice) tasted sour as if it had been cooked days ago even had some actual white rice and then shades of brown and grey in there as well the chicken in the rice tastes like it’s canned chicken and somehow is dry, the second side the mashed (instant mashed potatoes mind you) also tasted sour, so I call and let them know, the owner picks up the phone and acts oblivious and even had the audacity so say “I never get complaints” witch is just a lie even Michelin star restaurants get stuff sent back and complaints are heard . He was dismissive and refused to do anything for me all cause I said I would never eat here again. Worst food in Morrell by far and that’s saying something … cause artigianos is right next door and they pizza is trash so trust me when I say I’d rather hit artigianos then ever entertain tho fool and his horrible over priced menu ever again.

I have loved George's nuclear wings for 15 years, today's wings were the worst Wing taste I've ever had. I don't usually complain but I felt the need to call. Customer service was lousy. They kept asking me what it tasted like and all's I said is I would like to just switch to a different menu item if I could. They just gave me a hard way to go. Finally agreed that I can go pick something else up and pay the difference. I wouldn't mind pay the difference. It's just that they made it very difficult for me to even have a resolution. In the end it was not worth my time or effort and I just hung up. It is possible that the wings were just expired or somebody accidentally spilled something in that doesn't belong but they were unedible and I threw them away. It did not make me feel like a value customer and I will never order from there again.

The old lady that took my order had no clue what she was doing. The prices on menu are very outdated, and the language that comes from the younger employees while customers are eating is very unprofessional. Would never order from here again $36 for to sandwiches and 2 cans of soda is ridiculous

My Wife and I love the chicken but I got a burger today and they are not like they use to be I couldn’t believe it I hope you guys can do better it almost makes me not wanna come back but I’m sure my wife will make me sooner then later the sides were great the fries were great but the meat was 🗑️

This used to be my neighborhood go to delivery spot for years. I noticed a slight decline during Covid so I didn't order from them. Since then, I decided to give them another chance since it's been a while. Boy was I wrong. I ordered boneless chicken wings and when they arrived, I was shocked to see they were just the small, little round Tyson nuggets covered in sauce. What a rip off! I was expecting something larger, like what Wing Stop has. The price no longer justifies the type of food you receive. It's a shame too. So afterwards, I threw my menu out.

Sorry to say was not good at all from the price of 27.00 and change for 20 wings to 5 and change for fries prices are crazy and the wings had no kind of seasoning at all only flavor was from the sauce didn’t blend well and the wing parts are super small best part of the service was the young lady that takes your order she was very professional

Certainly not what this place used to be can’t believe I paid over $20 for a cheesesteak and fries Only for the bag of fries to be half filled French fries the cheapest thing in the world I was charged $2.50 and got half a bag of fries. This is sickening. On top of ordering a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and telling them not to put blue cheese on it, they still put blue cheese on it and there was like no hot sauce on it the nastiest buffalo chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life and if you want napkins, they don’t give them to you
