"Great place to immerse yourself in the authentic Georgian culture! I enjoyed exquisite dishes prepared with love and traditional methods. The wine was exceptional, perfectly complementing the culinary masterpieces offered by the establishment. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience authentic Georgian atmosphere and savor superb flavors!"
The menus we were provided were not in English. The waitress just threw them on the table like she was upset we walked in. Then she disappeared in the back to never be seen again. I went to the back and yelled for an English menu. Nobody came out. Maybe, that's why the place was empty!!!! Don't recommend unless you like zero service.

Georgian Bakery and Café is a true delight! Their Georgian bread is always fresh and flavorful, the khachapuri is absolutely delicious, and their cakes are to die for. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. It's our go-to spot for a tasty treat. Highly recommend!

This cafe competes for the worst customer service. But seriously, after visiting this place I was left with a very unpleasant feeling that my husband and I were uninvited guests. The food was good, but the service in this cafe is the worst in this city.

Very bad customer service. We had to wait for over an hour to get our food and there was only two tables. My sister in law didn’t even get her food for almost two hours later. We had little kids that were hungry and waiting for a hour for some fries when the place isn’t even busy is very ridiculous. Would not recommend at all.

Horrible service, the girl looked like she didn’t want to be here. When we came in we had to wait 40 minutes for us just to get a menu to order. Then we waited an hour for food and one of our friends had to wait two hours just to get the same exact meal that I ordered. It’s ridiculous. There wasn’t even a lot of people here only us and another table. It’s ridiculous why it should be taking them over than hour to make food. Would not recommend at all. Go to garmajoba down the street it’s 10 times better, with better costumer service.

Food is good I guess you can say. Garmajoba is better overall with food AND service. Customer service is ridiculous. They take forever when restaurant is not busy at all, with only 3 tables out of 15-20. Didn’t even bring our menus after about half an hour. Waitresses here WILL give attitude if you’re not Georgian. The Georgian’s around us got way better service than us. So if you wanna deal with the trash, and ridiculous service, come on here. Also, we had a table of 9 adults and 4 kids that, and one of the adults did not receive their food for AN HOUR after everybody else has finished and ate. Just go to Garmajoba down the street to avoid the discrimination, and horrible customer service

Loved going here. Food, culture, decor, all fantastic. Quite pricey though so be prepared for the sticker shock but it is worthy.
