Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen is on the salty side but everything else is amazing. Sashimi and the raw oysters are fresh and pleasing in the eyes.

Oooohh mommy I love that umami. During my quarantine blues, walking over and picking up delicious sushi, sashimi and avocado salads to go have given me a pocket of joy. I can't wait to go back in person and experience the ambience. It was very Covid safe. My only feedback is if you are ordering takeout for multiple people, you might want to ask them to pack the Sushi separately. My vegetarian husband's avocado rolls and my salmon and tuna rolls all came in the same container.

Ordered takeout for the first time last week and now Gina Sushi & Ramen is on my bucket list for sit down in 2021! The sashimi tray for 1 was fresh and beautifully displayed.....even in takeout containers.....

Ginza Sushi & Ramen is 1000ft from my new place. I've lived here for 10 days and have already order from here 4 times. They have insane good sushi, tasty ramen, and bento boxes if you're feeling like a wholesome meal. They are at Front and Federal - eat sushi from this spot. It's insane. Or eat Ramen. Also great. Or eat some Salmon Teryaki if that's your thing. But I promise, this is your spot.
First time eating here and I decided to go with the black garlic tonkotsu ramen as well as the blue fin toro roll (not pictured). All I can say is the ramen was trash. Too salty and not savory. Sadly it came in a takeout bowl that is too small to fit all of the broth. However, the sushi was delicious.

Needs to work on Covid takeout. Ended up cancelling order because app said it was ready went to pick it up they had not even started it. Waited 20 minutes for nothing.
