Horrible store! Order was wrong again! Missing toppings that I had to pay extra for! Lied to me about giving refund added back for missing toppings back to online app which wasn’t there at all. Called back they blocked my number! Had to call from another phone! Finally picked up then had an attitude for complaining about my refund that wasn’t there! Called the app and was told the store never processed a refund to me! Bad customer service! Wouldn’t recommend!

Golden Crust food has really changed, not much fish on the fish hoagie; cheese steak fries were dry as can be; pepperoni pizza soooo greasy. I will no longer recommend them. I will say this takes nothing away from the person taking my order. She was very polite taking my order, and even when I called back with my complaint.

Counter gurl was great the food is horrible i have ordered a StromboliIt has a sour taste to it like when the sauce is going bad i forced a small section of it down becuase im very hungry but that was not i good ideal now i wanna throw upThe place was dirty as hell the cealing tiles the floors walls have a nasty build up on them .as a business owner my self i would never let my place look like this .i will never return or recommend anyone there .

Ordered a pizza, mozz sticks, and poppers. After tip for the driver I paid $50 for food that I had to microwave when it got to me. Called the driver to find out where he was, he seemed confused and just hung up on me. Called the shop, they said they’ll will reach out to the driver never heard back from him. Delivery took almost an hour and half. I used to order from here all the time, never had a bad experience. This was absolutely horrendous

The food is delicious, no doubt, but it's expensive. Also, the stromboli I got the other day was very small and I was expecting more for a large. No long waits or anything. I'll continue to go back when I want to splurge on pizza lol.

I haven't eaten in there, thus the 4 star atmosphere, but the food is pretty good. Now, if you like funnel cake YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THE FUNNEL FRIES!! It's like the carnival without the rides, walks, or the people ?.

Prices went up. Quality went down at least since covid. They still are good but they used to be great. Everytime I go there the employees are different.I order the "Golden crust special " pizza ? the woman on the phone didn't even know what that was or if they still sold it... smh

Been a support of this business for years. Last year i received a rushed under cooked pizza and was told the owner was sick and was not amended or refunded. They are supposedly under new owners now. Tonight, one year later I received yet another undercooked pizza. I called the business and was told that "I always complain." Strange how he knows that even though there is a new staff.. I only had one issue that was still not amended as well as this one. The delivery man went to the wrong address at first and was not even trained to handle a refund on the spot due to a language barrier. Horrible customer service. Will never order here again.

Pizza never disappoints. Can't speak on anything else because all I order is pizza. I used to order the chocolate cake but I believe they switched vendors. It was different and wasn't as good so I never ordered it again.

This place used to be good . The pizza was burnt on the top and bottom, the chicken from the salad was burnt and their wings don't have any meat on them.
