This place might have the best Chinese takeout I've ever had in my life...... in Philadelphia the Chinese store is usually a Haven for ghetto criminal, this place you never have to worry about that is directly across the street from the police station....... And Brian takes the time to know all of his customers, which is a blessing in this modern era where everything is sterile and business like everywhere else
Whenever I'm in SW Philly .,.I go to Golden Star and pick up the LUNCH SPECIAL Shrimp Egg Foo Yong... Delicious!! $5 w/ 2 patties fried or steamed rice, and an excellent gravy. Across the street from the police station..... You know they have to do it right!!!...
