The lady who works the counter is terribly unfriendly. Like she goes out of her way to try to make you feel like you are bothering her. Food is good but terrible service.

Every time I order delivery, they forget our pita bread, making the whole order useless. Latest was for a large party order. They claimed pita were arriving separately. Yeah right.

Goldie is situated in Franklin's Table Food Hall and it offers extremely healthy food options. One of my biggest complaints is that for the price point of $12 for a sandwich or $14 for the falafel salad, I would hope the falafels are tasty. I've ordered both and at times the falafels are so hard I have to throw them out because I can't bite them. It is a huge disappointment and I've given up on them. However, I LOVE the tehina shakes. Though they are small, they are always tasty and keep me full throughout the day. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another place you can find a tehina shake too. The service is always exceptionally fast. By the time I find a table, they're usually ready with my order. The interior of Franklin's Table has a lot of metal seating and outdoor seating. I would highly recommend trying a tehina shake if you are in need of a quick snack throughout the day.

Hands down the best falafel in university city. The veggies were fresh and the pita was packed well. Also staff was super friendly and even let me sample the tahini which was delicious (i recommend the coffee flavor one, which is what staff recommended me). It's also located in a food court area so plenty of seats to go around. Definitely will come back!

I've been to a different location before, just as good. I always get the falafel, this time I decided to add a tahini original shake. The falafel salad is a must along with the shake.

Great management here, very friendly staff and delicious food.Very nice to have animal friendly options close to uPenn considering the surrounding eateries are mostly not vegan and harm animals everyday.Vegetarian options: It's all vegan and if you care about animals vegetarian is not enough. Go vegan for the dairy cows, hens, etc!

Phenomenal hummus sandwiches. Highly recommend this place's health alternative options!

What incredible kosher falafel. Hummus and falafel were delicious, fresh, and the schug was just right. The location is inside a food hall, so that was really noisy, but we just found a table on UPenn campus and it was

I'm going to second Austin's review regarding the food and tahini shakes. I've heard great things about Goldie for years. What a disappointment. I don't know which I disliked more: the flavorless hummus and falafel, awful dressing on the salad, or the price. The only saving grace was the tahini shake. It's the only reason I'll return. I've spent considerable time in the Middle East, so I know good falafel and hummus. This isn't it. The staff was nice though.

This was a pleasant surprise! I have crossed through this place multiple times ...and somehow never tried until the other day.Falafel sandwich is amazing- not the regular one one gets in every takeout place. They have a variety of sauces- we tried the amba one on recommendation. Game changer!Shawarma fries are also interesting if one enjoys spices. Franklin hall has good seating arrangements - so overall a nice place to enjoy the meal.Definitely going to come here again.Vegetarian options: There are decent veg options.

Delicious food. I’d consider myself a falafel connoisseur and this place knows how to do it. Always freshly fried and the accompanying veggies are quality.
