Currently, I am sitting here receiving the worst customer service I ever had. My waiter literally had headphones in when he approached us and while he was taking our order. He started off saying " What do you want." There was no hello or welcoming tone just plain rude. He took our orders and then walked away he didn't even review the specials or menu items and he didn't even ask us what would we like to drink. He simply just walked away. I had to track him down through other staff members just to even get water. Mind you the rest of the staff just aimlessly walks around clueless as to what to do or how to help their coworkers with customers. Any one of these staff members could've gotten my table some water but, they simply just didn't care enough. Once our food finally arrived to my table of three he gave two of us our plates and gave my other friend her food in a container. We asked why her food was in a container he said "someone ordered this earlier and they left but I can take the food out of the container and put it on a plate for you" like what kind of service is this. I expect my food to be freshly made and not given an order that wAs put in an hour ago given to me!!!! Then I had to hunt the waiter down again for a knife. Isn't that something that should already be given when you first come into an establishment fork,knife, and spoon. I had to wait 20 minutes for him to give me a plastic fork with my metal fork. My food is basically lukewarm almost cold at this point and I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon. My bacon wasn't even hot when it came out is was cold and dried out. It seems like there's only one waiter working in this place because this guy is so hard to find because he's all over the place. It seems like they need to hire another waiter. Also I went to the bathroom and the doors didn't even lock. I definitely won't ever be coming back to this place.

I definitely knew that when entering this place had a reputation to get raunchy , loud and crazy but I welcomed that. That was okay because me and my girlfriends were there for brunch at 11:35 am so not so many people there was a good thing. When I first got there I got hit with a 15 dollar entrance fee and payable through cash app. Which I did not understand because if you did not have cash on you or cash at I wonder how they would apply the $15 to get in. I did not like that at all. When I ordered I was welcomed by a nice waitress and order the French toast sandwich. It was pretty good and limitless mimosas were $25 per person. The thing that I did not like was that even with four people at the table the gratuity was 20% I can see if it was six people in above I get the 20% but when it's under that and you are including an entrance fee that was not expected I did not like that at all that will be my first time in my last time going there.

Went here for brunch. There were no signs saying I couldn't have a water bottle, not to my knowledge. Instead of the guard telling me I couldn't have it, he forcefully took it out of my personal bag and threw it away. I had no problem with getting rid of it. He just should've approached that differently. There is no structure here whatsoever. I saw one waitress scratch her head and then passed out food. My food was cold by the time I got it.The staff was fussing in the open. I was so hype to come here but my first time wasn't the best. Maybe it'll be better next time. The food was okay.

This place has changed since Covid. It is hardly like the pictures. The clientele was horrid. Twerking and cursing. Waitresses with mask off thier face. Food was good. Do take out and avoid the inside as it was lacking class. Music was so loud you could not hear your fellow diner. So disappointed. Went last weekend for r and b saturday. Well it was more like ratchet rap Saturday. Not for 30 and older. There was no golf just sloppy disorganized tables on the 2nd floor.

Really enjoyed the evening!!! Music was decent, drinks were on point and crowd was lit!!! Soon as I got there they took me straight to my section which was great. I came for a wedding celebration for me and husband and rest of my family really enjoyed themselves too. So thanks for the awesome time!! Although there was one situation, the server continued to give us the wrong card! Even though the person whom owned the was with us, it still wasn’t ours. Mistakes like that are easy to make. So future reference give the card to correct cardholders.. other than that everything was perfect..

Went here with 3 other people. "Security" took a picture of the front and back of my sister and I ID. But the other two people who we were with he didn't take a picture of their IDs. So what are they doing? The music was really loud and I couldn't even hear the waitress asking us questions. I had to be face to face in order to speak that's a big problem considering Covid.
It was a nice experience the music was good and the vibe made you wanna dance and they were very on top of mask protocol when moving throughout the room.
