I really appreciate the customer service provided by Janet, the cashier. Her warmth and smile made my day when I was at the check out counter! Thanks so much!

For an airport, the prices are GOOD. I paid $21 for a sandwich, drink, snack, and medicine... in an AIRPORT. The cashier was so sweet too šŸ’“

This place is fantastic the quality and consistency and of course convenience cannot be beat. You can get freshly prepared food quickly and know it will be quality and the price considering its airport cannot be beat! I Go to good2go before any and all flights.

I just finished eating a Go2Go chicken salad wrap at the Philly airport (purchased in the Airport, terminal E, just before gate 6)-- Wow!! Delicious and fresh. You guys are doing a great job. Thanks!

You are only allowed two packs of mayo per sandwich, what if I need more for a large dry sandwich. I have never heard of such a thing.

Okay food and nice workers but I think they drastically overcharged me. I got a breakfast sandwich and water, it cost $27.50. No price for the water was listed but it said sandwich was $8. Very confused as to why I was charged this much, wish I could've gotten receipt but no option for it.

Right inside Philly international airport .. once you checkin this is the 2nd shop .. looks big and lots of chairs outside to sit and eat . They made egg cheese on bagels and kept it to heat up. It was about 8$ for egg n cheese . Airport pricing !! Service was good . The lady helped with pricing and answered our questions .

Bagel wasn’t the best .. since it was wrapped already , it was a bit soggy and not crispy. I like bagels crispy and well toasted . Airport taste … it was ok for a quick breakfast .. average experience overall ..

If i could give this company 0 stars i would, VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL, RUDE and THIEVES! I tried to start a policy online for some reason it kept giving me an "error" message but charged my account twice! I called SIX TIMES literally only to get through to people who don't know how to do their job! Some random guy was calling me "stupid" for getting my own quote online..... NEVER EVER get a policy unless you want to be scammed and transferred to complete idiots all day!

An extremely kind and patient lady named Maria served me. She was patient as I asked for prices and changed my mind. Once I decided she actually washed her hands in front of me. Then she made my food. (Along with making my day. ) The hotdog was pretty good. The price was very reasonable. If more people were like her this world would be a better place. Good 2 Go needs to hold on to her. She knows what customer service is. Thank you Maria.

For an airport restaurant, they’re super slow. There was no rush, no line, no waiting, and they only started making my sandwich when I finally asked after 10 minutes how much longer it would take. The sandwich was way too heavy on the mayo, and mostly blah otherwise. I know there aren’t a lot of options at PHL, but you can do much better than here.

It’s 4th of July weekend - all of my preferred quick food options at PHL are packed and have long lines. I am traveling by myself with my 1 year old.I don’t want to eat at this place but it’s deserted and I assume I can get food quickly as a result. I reluctantly go to the register.A lady is sitting behind the counter and it takes her a few seconds to realize she has an actual customer - must be a slow day. There is no full menu displayed anywhere - you are at the mercy of the slow changing screens shuffling through some of their hot food options. I just get the breaded chicken sandwich because that’s what the screen was showing when I was looking.I shuffle myself and daughter over to the food prep area where a nice lady starts making my sandwich. She pulls a frozen chicken breast out from somewhere and sticks it into the ā€œwarmerā€, she grows impatient with the time remaining and removes it with time left, I pray that it was already cooked and now just under heated. To my surprise she takes the bun of my sandwich (WITH the cole slaw already on) and sticks that in the warmer separately. This lady must have never had cole slaw or just isn’t thinking. Of course she does this after the chicken instead of concurrently as she could since there’s 2 ovens. Ten minutes have passed and I finally get my food - I’m still the only customer.I take a bite out of the sandwich - it’s exactly as bad as I thought. Dry and hard on the edges, flavorless and hard on the inside. Warm coleslaw isn’t helping. I still eat the whole thing because I hate myself. I am most definitely NOT Good 2 Go.
