Very unprofessional and petty when simply asked for simple condiments ! Then charges for notes on slice if u ask for extra cheese and pay they still give u dam near none and let’s not forget u get 2 packs of ketchup for a big order of food 😂😂😂 u have to pay 2$ for more ketchup ridiculous gave them so many chances im officially done shut it down 😂😂

I ordered the Family Special, which was supposed to include two large pizzas (one plain and one pepperoni), two cheesesteaks (with mayo, salt, pepper, ketchup, and fried onions), and a 2-liter pineapple soda. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete and incorrect.
What I received was one plain cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza, and only one cheesesteak. The second cheesesteak and the 2-liter pineapple soda were missing.
I called the store to address the issue, and the woman who answered apologized and claimed there was a problem with their computer system, which caused them to miss part of the order. She initially assured me that the missing items would be sent out.
However, shortly after, she called back and said they would not be sending the missing cheesesteak and soda because I supposedly wasn’t charged for the pepperoni pizza. This explanation made no sense, as the cost of adding pepperoni to a pizza does not equal the value of a cheesesteak and a 2-liter soda. When I asked for clarification, she became argumentative and raised her voice.
I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed the manager only spoke Spanish—which was fine, as I also speak Spanish. Instead of transferring the call, I could hear giggling in the background. She then told me they would have to call me back because she needed to reach a different manager.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Not only was my order incomplete, but the customer service I received afterward was dismissive and disrespectful. I paid for items I did not receive, and instead of resolving the issue, the staff offered excuses and poor communication. I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Recently ordered from Goody's and the food there is amazing. The pizza has that crunchy bottom thats infamous in the NY subway area that I love.
Additionally, from my experiences, the customer service was awesome. They were always nice, and I never had an issue with ricotta like the other folk said, lol. It's a super good place for a slice, and even breakfast, with really outstanding customer service.
would return 10/10!

I just moved to the area couple months ago been ordering from here They have some pretty good deals All the drivers that have delivered husband extremely nice only once we had a really big order and when I was trying to grab the food the driver was skeptical to pass it to me but now that he knows us he doesn't rush us to pay. For the first time today I went in there It's pretty small inside you can't sit down to eat there but they do have some good deals and good food. And deliveries are normally quick. We typically order pizza buffalo wings cheesesteak french fries The cheesesteak is very meaty
I ordered small pizza 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese. First bite. WOW . So good there is something different in the sauce. It very well seasoned and well balanced between sweetness and sour. The dough taste good not shaggy even fully loaded with cheese and sauce. Best pizza around Frankford ave.

Goody’s is a really fantastic place with really good food and it’s really like a hangout place to talk to the workers. I just don’t get why people hate this place they are trying their best and u don’t know what they really Ben through and half of these reviews aren’t even true and just stupid and Half of them are reviewing the wrong store like?
