I don’t like chips, but their truffle chips with salami were so good. Also enjoyed their spicy meatballs and many fun and tasty drink options.

Great food & drinks! My boyfriend loves That Nicholas Cage. Like coming here for a late night, fancy stop. It’s very small & cozy. Bartenders are cool. Definitely on the pricey side (food that is). The cigarettes are a cool touch. Although I don’t smoke,

Been meaning to check this place out for a hot sec. I love a good cocktail, and they have everything you can think of - classics and unique drinks and a dark but warm / cozy vibe. I would love nothing more to be in here when it's snowing at night. We got a spicy tequila drink, a whiskey one and even a carrot one (that one wasn't our fav). They had some pisco so I'm planning on getting a pisco sour next time I'm there! Bartenders are attentive and know their stuff. If you sit at a table, you go up to order at the bar. Food will be dropped at your table. The only knock is the bartenders had the sink behind the bar running the entire time I was there, which irritated me more than it should have!

only got drinks but they were excellent! came as 2 on sunday night around 8 pm, sat at the bar immediately. really great ambiance, super friendly staff who were also knowledgeable about the drinks. the bird is ur spicy mezcal dream and the carrot cocktail was excellent too. about 12-16 bucks per drink, they auto-add 20% tip. expect to pay ~$15-18 per drink, after tax and tip would come again for sure, especially for a pre/post dinner drink! would only come as a pair tho, idk why but the vibe seems right for just 2

Grace & Proper is a relaxed European hangout in Philly's Italian Market. It has a cool vibe, great food, and refreshing drinks. Try the Bifana.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while. I heard their Bifana sandwich was rated best sandwich in Philly. Well, they were out of it. Okay, no biggie, I'll try something else. Though they were also out of the donuts my friend wanted. I got the BLT, and it was yummy. The staff was a bit snooty. Again, okay, maybe just the "vibe" of the place. So, you order everything at the counter. But the real rub for me was the automatic 20% gratuity they charge your card, THEN tell you about. There is no indication on the menu of this. And it just feels wrong for a restaurant to do this. Its not a tip or gratitude if you force me. And considering it's not even table service, seems a bit pushy to force. I always tip minimum 20% , but to charge my card, THEN tell me, doesn't feel very friendly. Just not an overall particularly noteworthy experience.

The service, food and ambiance are amazing here. Couldn't be happier and can't wait to come back for more pasteis de nata!

Good food. Somewhat expensive for the portions. The bartender seemed annoyed whenever he was taking our order.

Very hopping neighborhood bar with an array of cocktails wines and spirits to satisfy even the pickiest of pallets. The bartenders are very friendly and can help direct you to a cocktail or wine you may like. The cocktails (what I mainly get) are spirit forward, not too sweet, and very flavorful. The bar itself is not too big and conversations can overlap so if you want to talk it may be better to sit outside weather permitting.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options here but not many heavy options if you were really hungry. They do have desserts as well!Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps required to enter at both entrances so not very wheelchair accessible though the outdoor seats are very wheelchair accessible.

Haven't tired the food but cocktails here are amazing. The espresso martini is one of the best I've ever had. Also tried the Nicholas Cage cocktail, which was very great. A very unique drink

Spontaneously decided to grab a drink here with a friend on a Friday night, so the place was pretty busy. Got sardines, truffle chips and something else; was okay for snacking on as we talked. Service was good, especially considering how busy it was.The cocktails were very good. We had two each, so four different ones and we loved all four. Our cocktails were pretty balanced, if maybe just a tad on the sweeter side. Will definitely go back for drinks in the future.

A fantastic restaurant, nice rustic looks, great drinks, beautiful employees. One of the Mixologists looks like Harry Potter and is absolutely magical behind the bar.100/10 would move in upstairs.I will have to return, too many delicious drinks and I forgot to try the Pastel de Nata. That's on me.
