Service was very good. Food was great. And it was so nice that in a restaurant that seats so many people, we could still have a normal conversation at our table of 4 people. I would DEFINITELY return. I look forward to the Italian city menus (Modena, Roma, Florenzia, etc.)

Lovely dinner here on a cold afternoon! The service was great, the restaurant week menu was interesting and authentic! Loved the comforting and flavorful oxtail! tripe is not a common dish but it too was very well done. The prosciutto/melon and cheese appetizers were tasty and well-presented! It's always great to eat here!

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The staff is quick and helpful. The dance of flavors between the appetizers, entrees, and desserts were magnificent. A little bit of a walk from the theater but well worth it for a date night out. Careful with the stairs and it’s narrow when walking between tables, but to me this just elevated the coziness of it all. We will definitely come again!

I vote for this as the best Italian restaurant in Philly! The food is creative and delicious. The service is impeccable. I've gone 3 times and each time is better than the last. They make traditional dishes with a twist. Pasta is outstanding. Trust your servers -- they know what's good. Definitely try any main course with gelato (yes gelato). Hard to say who's a better server. Mimmo makes you feel like you're dining in his Italian hometown village. Bobby is a true professional with exceptional timing, conversation, and humor. And get pistachio gelato. You may think you've had good gelato before but this is the best.
Cara is a gracious manager. She attends to even the smallest detail to make sure you have a deliciously memorable dining experience. Can't wait to go back.

Very cute and stylish with a friendly waiter from Italy who helped answer our questions about the menu and was happy to give suggestions . All the food was heavenly and came pretty quickly . Don't forget the gelato and hot chocolate!
