Truly the absolute best gelato. The Desire is mind blowing. Everything from the incredible service to exceptional food to an amazing vibe was off the charts. I’d move to Philly just to eat here daily. Don’t hesitate.

Came for espresso and sat at the espresso bar. All the gentlemen at the bar were pleasant to chat with. The espresso tasted great. It’s roasted in house and the quality of the espresso machine makes the 5 star quality beverage. True Italian experience.

This place is phenomenal! We’re obsessed! The carbonara, the crab cake, broccoli rabe regional Italian specialty menu is amazing, cannolis and gelato is amazing! So neat they even have savory gelato that they pair with their dishes like carbonara and crab cakes. It’s amazing!

I’m surprised this place gets such good ratings. The ambience is a bit dated and cheap looking. The service was poor. Took 5-10 mins to have a server take our drink order. The table next to us got sat after and had drinks ordered before us. The waitress was friendly.
The food was mediocre. My husband and I both ordered the tagliatelle al Ragú. His portion was about 30% larger and had a lot of meat, while mine had very little meat.
The olive oil for the bread was very bitter and tasted rancid.
