I went earlier this week I ordered the buffalo chicken rolls and crab fries well the egg rolls was nasty meat was dry they didn't cut the chunks of meat up pure lazy the crab fries was ok a lil salty but doable I will never go back to them

Customer service was good. Food was nasty. Greens tasted dry and crunchy felt like I was eating lettuce with a bunch of minced garlic on it…Mac and cheese was ok tastes really sour tho maybe go less on the sharp cheddar… fish didn’t have any seasoning at all. The lady over the phone was very polite

I don't even know where to begin. The guy that took my order said it was gonna be a 30 minute wait, okay I worked in food service, everything is made to order. And I don't mind the wait if the food is good. I'm really mad I waited today after not eating all day. This food was so trash I'm definitely going to dispute the charge. I got the grand sampler. My fries had little to no cheese on them but was the best thing in the platter. The wings were just fried no seasoning, the cook just sprinkled pepper on top after they were fried. My cheesesteak and buffalo chicken rolls had this sweet syrup sauce on them it was digesting if I wanted sweet rolls I would have order the peach cobbler rolls. Burger sliders were bread and burger just dry. Mac and cheese was mid as well. I am very disappointed and I will NEVER patronize them ever again.

I received my platter only to see a juice, slice of cake I didn't order. I said Pepsi, peach cobbler.. I called and the lady said they were out of soda, peach cobbler. So why would thy send something tht I didn't request. Juice was water down had to they tht out. First and last time

The Grand Kitchen didn’t come to play with the wings. Them jawns be bangin. I’ve had the mango hibenero, sweet Thai chili, and lemon pepper. The peach cobbler egg rolls hit. Now the other menu items are okay. The pasta is not as flavorful, we had the lamb Cajun Alfredo the first time and Rasta pasta the second time. (Lamb by itself was flavorful and good) Also, the seafood cheese steak, is loaded with seafood, mainly salmon and big shrimp. I just wish it had more flavor the teriyaki flavor wasn’t really there and the bread was split in the other side so I had to eat with a fork. Couldn’t pick it up like I wanted.
I will go again to try the rice bowls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, but they should let me in a decorate. It could be more appeasing to the eye. Don’t let that deter you from going. They doing good stuff in the kitchen.

Not sure what I’m missing with others review but my food was horrible . The collard greens tasted like vinegar with no seasoning . Fish was fried well but not seasoned , yams were good and the seafood fried rice was horrible the rice was crunchy . $60 down the drain
I had their Sweet Tai Chicken Rice bowl and strawberry lemonade. Best food I had in a while. There was a wait bc they make it fresh but it was worth it!

I ordered food on DoorDash and the fried chicken was burnt, everything was salty, banana pudding was terrible. Overall, very unsatisfied with the food and will not be going back.

I saw this place on ig and thought it looked so good 😩 well I thought wrong. To start I was told my food would time 30 minutes but it took a hour and 30 minutes in my head I’m thinking the food taking so long because it’s gonna be so good. I ordered my bf a rice bowl hard rice mushy broccoli no sauce I had the grand sampler my rolls was soggy my sliders was like burnt meatballs no cheese on the fries the food didn’t look good. Over all it was all horrible
