You can't go here unless you're a Penn student or staff. They should make that clear on their Google Maps page.

Excellent service towards the customer, polite and above all: professionalism. Orders done in a timely manner. Availability of products can differ greatly from customers buying up the products.

I was super impressed with the speed of the service and how hard the person behind the counter, Mitch, was working and keeping track of everyone’s orders at an incredible pace. Thank you Mitch!

If you want horrible customer service, unresponsive corporate ownership, and long wait times, then this is your place!

I am a frequent goer of this cafe. The food and coffee here are great! I often, however, find myself frustrated and even offended by the terrible customer service I consistently receive here. I always approach the baristas with a friendly smile and always say hi before ordering. On multiple occasions, I have had the baristas not even acknowledge my hello and they never smile or greet me in any way. It is genuinely as if they seem bothered by me ordering coffee. After giving it multiple tries, my friends and I have had the same experience over and over again. Although it is convenient, I have decided that I will stop ordering my coffee here and will walk down the street to Starbucks or Saxbys instead.

Reliable coffee and breakfast for vet school students and staff. Usually closes early afternoon.

This Green Line is located inside of Penn's Veterinary Hospital on the 2nd floor. It's an easy place to grab a coffee and a quick snack if you're waiting around before an appointment the hospital or if you work/study around here. Often there is no line and if there is it usually moves quickly. The only downside might be the customer service. The individual behind the counter isn't the friendliest barista and I often opt to venture to the Wawa or Starbucks across the way so that I don't have to put up with an grumpy attitude so early in the AM.

Has a good selection of regular coffee and tea (iced or hot). No espresso based drinks here. Also has a fairly good selection of breakfast items including bagels, muffins, croissants, breakfast sandwiches. Can also grab other miscellaneous items like yogurt, chocolate, seltzer, etc. It's convenient.

The foods great, I would have gave them 5 stars if the two guys behind the counter weren’t so rude and miserable.

Here now having the most delicious peach scone I have ever tasted in my life. Served by the most miserable human being I have ever encountered. The man running the counter could not have been more ignorant or rude and unfriendly. You would have thought I did him a personal affront. Next time I’ll stop at Panera and bring my own snacks.

Friendly staff, highly competent vets. A bit pricey but only full service facility that can deal with chronic illnesses in animals.

One of the best facilities in the country. Limited parking but otherwise 5 stars! Amazing staff all around.
