I was there because they were doing karaoke it was my friend's birthday. So much fun! I love the look I love the collectible figurines behind the glass. The staff was like literally a dream. I would totally come back I had such a good time
This was a cute bar. Cozy, clean, and well maintained, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices were a little high for the food. We got perogies w/ fried onions, poutine, and a chicken sandwich. The perogies were cooked well and had a decent flavor. The poutine was good. The chicken sandwich was a little overcooked but otherwise tasted fine. This is a good location to catch up with friends.
I've been to Green Rock Tavern numerous times, and it’s one of the best spots in the neighborhood. Jamie, the owner, is so cool and down to earth, Nicole is the best. The food is always delicious from pierogi to burgers and fries they got you covered. The drink selection is great, with local beers and cocktails. The sense of community here is fantastic; everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. If you’re in Philadelphia, definitely check it out! Fridays is karaoke...
