So happy my friend introduced me to this place! We got the gyro pita, cuban, and BLT salad plus some fresh pitas on the slide. It was all delicious! And the portions were generous- we had enough for lunch the next day. Admittedly, I don't eat vegan food often and don't have much to compare it with- but vegan or not, I loved it all.

I've had the gyro and the buffalo wrap and both are fantastic (seitan in the wrap was a tiny bit dry but... I mean, it's seitan). A non-vegan/veg person would enjoy G&G's food, as well. Also very quick via Doordash.

Stayed across the street. Pleasantly surprised with their kale and chicken salad. Healthy and tasty meal! I wish I had a reason to go back later but didn't manage.

My favorite Rittenhouse gem. Can't beat the price for portions and they have thee best smoothies in town. The cuban, gyro and buffalo kale wraps are all a must! Friendly and clean. Love people watching when they have the tables out front.

Order never arrived.Three different delivery drivers were sent to the restaurant and the food was not ready so each of them left. No lunch for me.

Tried the coconut B.L.T. the presentation was not good at all It looked thrown together. Lettuce everywhere and the taste was bland,. Also the young lady at the counter didn't seem very friendly at all to me I feel as if I was almost bothering her asking questions because I never ate there before. Finally the prices are ridiculously high. $24 for a BLT & a smoothie??? Now don't get me wrong had I opened that Sandwich bit into it and tasted a ray sunshine in a bun, then the price wouldn't matter. I'm sorry it was not a good experience for me.

Great spot for healthy smoothies and juices.I spent the week in Philadelphia for work and found this little shop near my hotel. I stopped in everyday to pickup an assortment of these drinks for a general health kick. The staff was helpful too answering questions about the juices.
I have been to greens and grains over 20 times and have never had an experience like this. I always get the same smoothie. Not a difficult order. However, today, I dealt with the most nasty woman working there. She refused to put strawberry's in my smoothie even though I always get this in my smoothie. When I told her this, she was so rude to me and started talking about me to her coworker as if I couldn't hear. She made me pay extra to get this in my smoothie (which has never happened before). Once my smoothie was ready, she made a nasty comment to me. Extremely disappointing after I have been such a loyal customer to Green's and Grains
