Whether you're craving a hearty breakfast or looking to explore Indonesian cuisine, Griddle & Rice offers a delightful blend of both. Even better with refreshing Strawberry Matcha Beverages, perfect for pairing your meal. Great service and you can get your Indonesian breakfast food in the morning. This cute little place is a must visit, feels just like home.

I love this place. The vegetable tofu curry soup is sooooooo good. The congee is too. (everything I've gotten is) I'm so happy they are in our neighborhood!

The staff was SO nice and the food was perfect! I got the smashed chicken rice with green chili sambal sauce and it was delicious. The chicken was perfect to mix with the rice and the egg. There were so many drinks that looked/sounded amazing, but I went for the Java Tea - no regrets. I will definitely be back!

Top quality Indonesian food. Excellent presentation on the plate. Should definitely try the coffees and teas. All halal food. The place is small so you may have to take out if no seats are available. The neighborhood looks safe and clean.

Cozy space with delicious, well-priced and sized platters. We had the beef platter and eggs Benedict, iced coffee and iced tea. Can’t wait to try more of their specialty coffees/teas

We did a carry out ordering the bakmie ayam, Iga bakar and ayam geprek. The ayam geprek did not seem to be smashed after deep frying it and the sambal mata was missing the spiciness. However it had a wonderful flavor. The iga bakar had a nice smoky flavor and it was so tender. The noodles iwas authentic Indonesian with the perfect chewiness. Unfortunately they might used too much alkaline water that gives it a bitter aftertaste. I hope they will expand it to use ground pork

First time trying it, got the Hot chick sandwich, it was really good, super fresh and was ready in minutes. Will definitely come back when I am in the area!

The pancakes (not pictured) were extremely yummy and I appreciated that they had simple syrup to add to the drinks.

Griddle and rice may have the best breakfast sandwich in the city. Both the fluffy sammy and the supreme sammy are great and for different reasons. There are plenty of unique drink options including matcha and smoothies. The cafe itself has a warm vibe.
