Came from NYC to do a cheesesteak tour and this place got raving reviews. However, the experience was disappointing. IMO, a cheesesteak is very good if the base version hits (just cheese and onions), every topping after that would obviously make it better from there. I got a steak with cheese and onions and sadly, it was not that great. The ribeye was great quality but, the overall taste was not what I expected out of a Philly establishment. The lady serving me had a little attitude because I didn't understand her question. As soon as I came in, I asked, "can I have a cheesesteak?" to which the reply was, "what kind?" to which I replied, "a beef cheesesteak" (as stated on the menu). She then responds with the attitude, "I know, but what you want on it, cheese? onions?" Not sure how she expected me to know that that was what she was actually asking me. I think there's room for improvement on the conversations had with customers in order for them to understand what the server is asking rather than expecting customers to decipher it.

I thought this place was closed all this time. Wow. No long talking, I give my cheese steak a 6.5/10. It's giving "papi store" with the soft bread, I know people love that style. The cheese fries blew my mind away. And I'm literally about to order some again (a few days later). Idk y'all, it's really something about that wiz. Delicious!

This was my first time there, but DEFINITELY not the last! The owners were very nice and pleasant. The place was very clean and the food smelled really good! I purchased the chicken cheesesteak platter. My husband ordered the cheesesteak platter. The quality of the meat was excellent!!! We really enjoyed our meal! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a good experience!

We called in an order for chicken cheesesteaks ..it was done when we got there 20 mins later. Rolls ,meat were fresh and everything else on the sandwich were fresh as well .The steaks were good . they were fully stocked with juices, sodas, potato chips , snacks etc. The place is bright ,neat and clean and to top it off the owners are so nice. Very friendly warm and welcoming. Makes you feel good to support a business like this

They were closing, and they said come on in. Her husband and I talked just like we been knowing each other for years. Reminded me of home"I'm from the south" Oh yeah, the food was great!!!!Y'all need to stop

Staff was slow to open after 11:15am. I later realized that the sign Wasn't flipped over. They were actually open for business. The two ladies were busy and were prepping during the time I was waiting for my sandwich. However when I got my sandwich ? and began to eat it almost an hour later ( because i was busy at work)... it was delicious and held up really well and that's what really matters. Bread was fresh and meat was high quality ? ? I will go back again maybe today
