Poor customer service - very unreliable and they don’t adhere to their posted customer hours. Double check if they are open before you go - or, better yet, don’t go at all.

I come here often. Always get the cookies and cream milkshake. Today they get 1star..while it was the first day for the beautiful person who made my shake she was being trained by at least 2 others who watched her blend my shake to milk. Instead of stopping her they instead tried to pass it off to me like I wouldn't care. I do. Then caught attitude when I called them on it and asked for them to fix it. I never do that..but the attitude tho, come on Nah! I will probably return..and I hope I can then give them the 5 stars they typically earn. For now, 1 star for the "trainers"...

Hired the Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream TRUCK - Yes, Ice Cream TRUCK to park during our lunch hours to serve scoops of yummy, awesome Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream to our employees for the first day of Summer. Can't go wrong with Haagen-Dazs and the service was absolutely top notch. We will definitely call them again in the future!
Last Saturday night, I went to get ice cream and i’ve always loved the ice cream here but never go because of poor customer service experience in the past. However this completely turned me around! I had the best experience! My server was Paris and she was beyond accommodating even to my strange order. I suggest everyone goes here had a blast!
