It might have been a bad day, but we got the combo over rice. The lamb was great, but the chicken had an off taste to it (old). It’s unfortunate because the person running it seemed nice.
I've been living in Philly for a couple of years now, and this is by far the best halal I've had. The food is perfectly cooked from the meat to the rice, I'd highly recommend this truck.

Good juicy chicken, tender lamb, and excellent fluffy rice. The gentleman working the stand is very kind as well.
Will definitely be back for seconds.
