Best halal cart in the city. Yo can trust me, I am very picky about this kind of stuff. Food is always fresh and huge portions, complex flavor, tender meat and the owner is beyond nice .he takes pride in his food and cart. He even once gave me a free plate when I came by too late when he was supposed to be closed. Great people great food!!
