scallion tofu tasted like rubber and cucumber dish tasted like mildly spicy water. han dynasty does not live up to the hype. thankfully, our server (white guy) was nice :)

I used to love this place- I thought of it as better than fast food- we ordered take out last night and disappointed!
1. There was barely any meat in the food i ordered- the meat that was in there was left over meat with cartilage on the pork side and mostly batter on the fish side- definitely what I expect when I pay $15 per. Also tasteless as it was loaded with chili pepper and no vegetables.
2. The house fried rice was almost white rice - no eggs no meat, no nothing- terrible
3. Eggrolls show 4 in the picture but only gave us 2- well if thats what you're going to do then say it in the menu that it's a quantity of 2.- the dumplings were the right quant and good.
5. the only plate that had a good amount of chicken was the 3cup chicken- it was so sweet that i almost not edible.
6. portions of the food was quite small too- half of the bowls were not filled properly.
So very sad and disappointing because i live in town :(

Fish was a strange, slimy texture. Bad quality fish, with an attempt to hide it with sauce. Pork belly was severely under seasoned. String beans were okay.

Unfortunately I will never be ordering from Han dynasty Manayunk again. This is the FOURTH time they have screwed up a delivery order. Either it’s a missing item or a completely wrong dish that’s delivered. What’s worse, when you order from their site, you’re actually ordering through DoorDash, so not only is the “free delivery” actually just $15+ extra in “additional fees” but what happened to me last night, is when you show up in store to ask for your missing dish and a delivery refund (because now you’re having to go pickup) they’ll tell you they can’t do anything for you because it’s all through DoorDash. And DoorDash won’t refund delivery fees. 0 customer service and feels so scammy. After 4 times of this happening, it’s clear this location purposely messes up delivery orders in hopes you won’t come in to try and correct it so they can pocket the money. Not to mention when I showed up at the restaurant to get the items I paid for, there was a large table with children, one of which was walking around the restaurant in her bare feet and none of the staff intervened. The waiter I spoke to was nice and apologetic and they remade my missing items, but it took an additional 25 minutes of waiting while the other food back home was getting cold and I was losing $15 in delivery fees when I had to go to the restaurant anyways. Save yourself and just don’t order from here unless you’re going to sit down in the restaurant

AMAZING!! Enjoyed EVERYTHING we ordered (but most of all, the Dan Dan noodles, wontons in chicken broth, and the dumplings in chili oil). Everything was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. Serving sizes were quite big for such a great price. Our entire meal was less than $60 and we also ordered the spicy cucumbers, scallion pancakes, and beef lo mein (which were also delicious) and had lots of leftovers. Our server was attentive and had a great attitude, and we were served complimentary tea. Best food experience of our trip to Philly by far! 10/10 recommend!

Their spicy cucumbers are SO GOOD!!!! The portion sizes are large enough to share if you want to try a little of everything. Overall, definitely a good place to dine in Manayunk!

Not a single Chinese person works at thsi place - yes, kitchen too!! That alone says it all. This is not chinese food. Extremely oversalted too

Tried a few different chicken dishes and all were very great. We ordered take out and it was ready at correct time. We will be visiting again.

Han Dynasty was good but not great. I went during the week and it was not crowded. The staff was very nice. However, service was a little slow - considering the number of customers there. I ordered a few things to try on the menu. My favorite was the Dan Dan noddles! Everything else was just okay in flavor/taste.

perfect foryou

Really nice place , plenty of seating and food is pretty good, prices are ok .

I’ve never had to raise my hand like a kid in class just to get a fork or any sort of decent service. Food was good but not once, but twice my Husband’s food was sent back for being so ungodly spicy, it literally took his breath away. Servers sit at the front table on their cell phones not paying attention to their customers. We won’t be coming back.

Thank you for the free chopsticks though for the inconvenience. (given to us by server)

Normally happy customer of Han Dynasty, but we ordered delivery on Xmas as is our tradition and were sadly disappointed with Dan-Dan noodles that were so overcooked they were inedible and had to be tossed. Minimal tofu in the vegetarian dish and the breaded chicken was soggy. Sad to say this is not the Han Dynasty I once loved :(

Used to order from here all the time but they continually miss giving me rice and have screwed up a few of my orders in the past year. My latest three pot chicken from them was with soggy breading, little sauce, and my dumplings were cold. The presentation looked terrible. Second year in a row ordering from then Xmas eve with disappointment. Last year we waited for over 2 hours for our meal. If a restaurant can’t handle many orders on a holiday evening, then they shouldn’t be taking them on and disappointing costumers with sub-par food from a well-liked restaurant. Learned our lesson, won’t order from here again.
