Delicious ice cream! When on vacation we were trying to hit up all the good ice cream places in the area. Did not disappoint and I'd recommend it. My hubs picked up so I can't really say much else but it was good!

Even on a cold wintery night this ice cream was the bomb. All I know is that the favor had caramel and an apple swirl and it took me to my summer happy place - no joke.

We came in on a December Thursday night and were the only ones in the store. You're able to sample any flavor you want, which was great. We ended up getting thin mint and a pumpkin, which were both delicious. The sad part about winter is that not many people are coming in for ice cream, so the ice cream itself wasn't as creamy and had some ice chunks. I've come in the summer and thought the ice cream was delicious then. Give it a try if you're in the area!

Going to an ice cream shop should be a delicious experience, not full of painful agony. There aren't a lot of flavor options in general, and even then several were empty!The service is slow and awful. We came in and there was only one family in front of us, but it took over 20 minutes for the server to do their order - and it's not like she was friendly about it anyway. She didn't even acknowledge that we were there and waiting for that entire time.

I ordered a cup rum raisin and my friend had a cup of vanilla. Delicious. High-quality ice cream made from natural ingredients. I'm not sure whether that's why it tasted so good, but it was excellent.
Yoooo their ice cream is sooo good likee cmonnnn!!!! I got Movie Night II which is buttered popcorn ice cream with butterfinger pieces and chocolate caramel swirl plus oreos as my topping and it was huge cookie pieces!! Must go there!!! Like right neowwwww!!!

I had this random craving for ice cream so I googled searched for the closest ice cream shop near me. Luckily for me, Harper’s popped up first because their honey thyme lemon ice cream is really good! I paired it with a waffle cone (which was equally delicious) and it was *chef’s kiss*. I’ll definitely come back in the future.

Harper's is my favorite Philly ice cream spot. They make all their flavors in-house, and all their flavors are good. I love flavors with lots of stuff mixed into it, and they sure mix in a lot of stuff. The prices are reasonable (probably some of the lowest you will pay for homemade, locally-sourced ice cream in Philly), and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
