Elite service and food!!! I visited here 2 yrs ago for a sisters reunion and have a good time and really enjoyed the food. My sister who works in the downtown area had suggested Haute and man o man did she do good! I recommend Haute Restaurant to anyone that loves a really nice and laid back ambiance, good food/drinks and customer service.?????

Never going here again. Horrible night. Cover charge was suppose to be 10...was charged 20. Food was cold and not good when it finally was set up. Music sucked. Many interruptions. The fight was suppose to be on and the TV kept switching to other channels. Parking was ridiculously high. A hundred and ten dollar night for nothing

I made Valentine’s Day reservations. Arrived and the doors were locked; lights off... it was the most depressing feeling ever. Now I made the reservations through Open Table but that doesn’t excuse anything because if you have an account with a service making reservations for your restaurant you should let them know not to make reservations. Not only that I got a confirmation number and multiple reminders from them to keep my reservation. It was Valentine’s Day and every restaurant was booked to the teeth. Thank God Volver Restaurant got us in and gave us the BEST service. I am so grateful to the Volver manager. He saved our Valentine’s Day.

I visited Haute during brunch. This was my first time at the restaurant. The atmosphere is definitely a vibe. The bottomless mimosas are great. Stops at 3:30pm tho. The food is terrible. All of our food was cold. The waitress made it seem like she was bringing the food right out as soon as it was being made, but the food was way to cold for that to be the case. The potatoes are sweet potatoes, the waitress neglected to mention that. The grits were terrible almost as if the chef just learned how to make grits. The catfish lacked seasoning. I would definitely come back again, I wouldn't eat tho.

Okay space. Menu a bit limited. Small but cool to grab a drink.

Went there with a confirmed reservation on December 18. Lights were off and the door was locked. No note on the door and their voicemail was full. Went to Fado and had what I suspect was a better dinner.

Came to this bar after going to nightmare after tinsel. Definitely a lot different, but enjoyed this bar. Decorations were more subtle. Liked the dark room with orange lighting and the spooky cobwebs. Nice place to relax and enjoy a drink after dealing with big crowds at tinsel.

The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy for wine&light beverages but to dark for dinning!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT; come here for restaurant week. This place is very unorganized when it comes to customer service and planning (booking). We booked our reservations 2 weeks ahead of time; when we arrived on time, we were not seated until 40 mins after our arrival. Additionally, nobody was there but our party, 3 workers, and the manager who never came out of the office. We had to approach the host and waitresses to inquire of service, otherwise they will not approach you 1st; you will stand there for only God knows how long. We were not serviced for our food (orders taken) until 1 hr and 10 mins later. This place is not wheelchair accessible at all-stairs only. Its balcony is close by the street so you will inhale gasoline fumes from cars being in idol & drive-bys as you eat your food. You do not have an option of sitting inside if there is a group of 14 people; instead of telling you this in advance-they tell you this once you are there. The manager does not come out at all to greet you or apologize; she was very insensitive to her clientele. Horrible service for a high-end restaurant. I do not see what the hype is all about; long wait times etc-Not worth it. The restaurant looks good, but under these circumstances mentioned above-red flags; I exited the premises without eating, that's how poor the customer service treatment was. The remainder of my party said the food was good, but that was their only main take away from it.

I give it a two because I’ve been there once before to take my friend and her friends out for her bday and the music (90’s and 00’s r&b qnd hiphop) and food (I got the shrimp and grits) was great.

Haute, you need to figure out what you want to be when you grow up. A nightclub / lounge or a restaurant. Dinner for 4 started at 7:15pm and had to be cut short at 9:30pm because we only had salads in the two hours we sat at the table and had to grab the wait staff every chance we could, and it wasn't busy! The waiter came over an hour into service and after multiple inquiries about our food, stating that they were out of a certain dish, quinoa and salmon entree and that is what was taking so long. Really? Only one guest ordered that dish. And it took an hour to let us know that? After waiting just too long, we informed the waiter that we were leaving and to bring the check for the drinks we ordered. He comes back from the kitchen with some food, one sloppy pork slider, and several bowls of mussels, and the quinoa dish that mysteriously re appeared but no salmon on it. the quinoa looked like it had a bag of frozen mixed vegetables in mixed in. One of our guests had already left and only had a small salad. It was just ridiculous. They comp'd part of the meal and some drinks and gave us a comp card, but really the damage is done. Drinks were good, and the ambiance is nice, but please stop pretending to be a restaurant. Do everyone a favor and be a nightclub or a lounge instead. We ended up going across the street at Locust Rendezvous and ordering food, which took all of 15 minutes in a packed bar with the Eagles game playing. Never again.

I will NEVER go back here again. Very unpleasant experience! The only thing that made it a half way decent was the friendly waiter who was also our bartender and bus boy. We were a party of 14...talk about over worked and underpaid.

We had reservations for Restaurant Week. I called approximately an hour before to confirm validated parking and the reservation. Once we arrived the hostess (who was clueless) told us there was private event and we could not be seated. We explained we have a reservation and she said there was nothing she could do. We then asked for a manager, 10 mins later hostess is back, no manager! We ask for the manager again, hostess wonders off for another five mins and we decided to just leave. This was very frustrating. Especially after driving around for 30mins for parking. Black owned restaurants, we have to do better
