Stopped at Haven Coffee on my way out of Philly after hearing great things about their loaded breakfast potatoes. The shop is small but cozy, with friendly service and a welcoming vibe. I ordered the dirty chai latte and loaded breakfast potatoes with pork sausage and their special sauce. Both were fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and that sauce is a must-try. Everything from the food to the service showed real pride and quality. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in town!

First time here on a weekend trip and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was great and staff was super friendly! Coffee/tea was AMAZING and we wanted to try every drink on the menu! The food was also very good and HOT when it came out! Lovely atmosphere and a lovely family working there! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Philly area! We will be back!

I ordered through Uber Eats at 10:30am and decided to just pick it up myself. I got there around 11am, and the lady at the register kindly directed me to the side for pickup orders (not sure if she thought I was a driver or a customer, but it seemed like all pickups go there).
The person packing the orders looked really stressed, and I didn’t realize until later that the four people sitting behind me were also waiting for their food. When I gave them my name, they said it wasn’t ready yet — no problem.
But then… the waiting began. I went back and forth between the car and the store four times. Each time, I was told, “We’re still working on it.” By 11:45am, I’d been waiting over an hour for a breakfast order I placed at 10:30. Even the cashier seemed confused about where my order was. Finally, around 12:00pm, I was told, “We just put it on the grill.” Got my food at 12:15-12:20pm.
I really wish they’d been upfront about the delay or at least offered a quick “sorry for the wait.” A little honesty goes a long way.
That said — when I finally got the food, it was amazing. Like, actually worth a laugh after all that waiting 😂😂Wish I took a pic of the food
