I think they're the best donuts I've ever had. I don't care what anyone else says. When friends visit from out of town, they ask for these.
I'm all about a particular texture and I like that they're not hard and artifical like Dunkin or too soft like a brownie like duck donuts. I feel like I'm bitting into an actual donut. I forgot that donuts use to taste like these when I was little when they were baked in house at donut shops. They do have random flavors but don't hesitate to try them, they might sound odd but I do like how they compliment one another and they tend not to be ridiculously over sweet.
I won't compare them to Federal donuts because they're just different from one another that I'll be in the mood for one or the other. It really is about preference, mood, but they both have that fresh baked quality.
If you get your hands on an apple fritter on Friday, you have completes a mission in life. Youll be shocked to know that you actually like apple fritters.

I know it's a new business, but it's just a bit blah in there. Light walls, a counter,and the floor. Another reason for a missing -⭐ is you CANNOT have big AZZ dogs (and I like dogs) just hanging out in there where there is food in the establishment. I get the times are changing and everyone has a dog, but it's not good and back in the day there was no problem tying the dog to the outside rail...

questionable/funny how the receipt doesn’t say the system. my first few times in were nice (i’m new in town.) prices don’t match up with what was on their wall, i did not know there were different cup sizes. also i have a nervous system. you got that cash though so thank you for the small drink and donut! :’) also forgot the vanilla :/

Such a cute little coffee and donut shop. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The vegan donuts are delicious, as are the other baked goods sold here. Staff working here are very welcoming and nice to talk to. They are also dog friendly.

Why wouldn’t a donut shop have a simple glazed donut on the menu? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Not everyone wants a sea salt lavender or a cornflake crust. Many of the unusual flavors are really delicious but I do think a plain glazed yeast donut should be a standard offering.Also very glad that after 4 years they are finally serving coffee in ceramic mugs again. Thank you for lowering waste!

For the price was a little disappointed in the taste and quality. Could be the donut I got (maple donut). It’s not terrible but didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t all the much better than a donut from Dunkin.
Best Donuts in Fishtown. I'll miss this place and so will you when then close. ?
